Objective To observe different methods for monitoring environmental hygiene in hospitals,looking for a simple,effective,rapid detection of cleaning efficacy.Methods ATP bioluminescence assay was used to detect surface cleanliness of the measured object,and parallel comparison was made with bacterial count.Results After cleaning ATP bioluminescence assay and bacterial count passing rates were 90.9%and 98.4%,respectively.Different detection methods resulted in significant differences in results,χ2=3.638(P0.1)before cleaning,andχ2=6.109(P0.05)after cleaning.Sampling time and testing methods were the main factors to affact detection result.Conclusions ATP bioluminescence assay can quickly determine and directly show bacterial residues,which can be used as an evaluation method to monitor the hospital environment.
Objective To understand the hygiene quality of medically used water in dental department and to discuss control measures for bacterial contamination.Methods Water sampling and bacterial detection tests were used to monitor the hygiene quality of medically used water in dental department of this hospital and to compare effects of different control measures.Results During January 2008 to December 2009,in the medically used water in dental department of this hospital,the qualified rate of hygiene quality of dental handpiece water was 23.1%,that was 42.0% for the three ways syringe.From March 2010 to September 2010,after filters were equipped,the qualified rate of hygiene quality of dental handpiece water was 24.7%,that was 36.1% for the three ways syringe,50.0% for the water source and 100% for the washing water.Conclusion The hygiene quality of medically used water in dental department of this hospital is poor and the water quality is associated with municipal water supply.The water quality improvements are not distinct simply plusing filters so comprehensive management measures should be taken.
OBJECTIVE To understand the quality status of dialyzate and water used for dialysis,to analyze the bacterial endotoxin,the cause of the exceeding bacterial clump number and their relativity,so as to realize the standardization of management,at the same time to supervise to the continuous quality improvement.METHODS The monitoring data of the water used for dialysis and the dialyzate from Jan 2006 to Jul 2010 was collected,A and B methods were separately adopted to compare the monitoring results before and after the changing the pipelines.The dialyzate and the water used for dialysis were sampled and the bacterial clump number and the endotoxin were compared to provide basis for making the preventive countermeasures.RESULTS The differences of the qualified rates between dialysis and the water used for dialysis examined by different endotoxin detection methods were statistically significant,A method was 69.23% and B method was 100.00%.There was no statistically significant difference between the bacterial clump number of the dialyzate and the water used for dialysis and endotoxin,the qualified rate of bacterial clump number was 81.58%,while the qualified rate of endotoxin was 90.79%.CONCLUSION A scientific and feasible detection method for endotoxin content is explored.The bacterial content in water used for dialysis or the dialyzate is not directly proportional to the content of the endotoxin.The quality of the water used for dialysis and dialyzate is related to the length of water disposal system pipeline,dead cavity,service life,biomembrane formation and the pollution of configuration process,so the prevention is important.
Objective To approach washing quality for medical instrument,and study preferred cleaning method of medical instrument.Methods To adopt test paper of occult blood for washing quality of medical instrument in spot.Results Medical instrument with soaking in enzymatic detergent plus washing of ultrasonic washing unit,eligible rate of occult blood test is 91.60%;medical instrument with soaking in hydrogen peroxide plus washing of automatic rinser,eligible rate of occult blood test is 89.47%;medical instrument with soaking in enzymatic detergent plus manual washing,eligible rate of occult blood test is 98.44%.It's showed medical instrument with dry bloodstain to amply soaking in enzymatic detergent plus washing of ultrasonic washing unit,washing quality eligible rate is 89.47%;to amply soaking in 30 g/L hydrogen peroxide plus washing of automatic rinser,washing quality eligible rate is 100%.Conclusions The washing quality is better when cleaning of contaminated medical instruments by soaking in enzymatic detergent plus ultrasonic washing unit,and good at cleaning of medical instruments with dry bloodstain by soaking in hydrogen peroxide plus automatic rinser.
目的调查碳酸盐透析液细菌污染的原因及相应对策。方法采样现场采样和细菌检测方法对透析液B液进行调查。结果每年1~3月与11、12月抽检的B液合格率为77.78%;4~10月抽检的B液合格率为44.93%。经查找原因并采取相应整改措施后抽检的B液合格率提高到90.00%。结论碳酸盐透析液在配制、储存、运输等多个环节中可能造成污染,并与季节有一定的相关性,规范碳酸盐透析液的制备中消毒卫生措施,严格消毒储存容器可有效控制污染。
医院感染又称之为医院内感染,是指住院患者在医院内获得的感染,包括在住院期间发生的感染和在医院内获得出院后发生的感染,但不包括入院前已开始或者入院时已处于潜伏期的感染[1].
目的了解病区使用中央空调后两种消毒方法对空气监测合格率的影响,以探讨空调环境中保持环境洁净的有效措施.方法选择20间病区治疗室、换药室分别采用静态条件下紫外线照射方法和动态条件下常规的消毒液湿拖湿抹并有效通风的条件下进行对照分析.结果两种消毒方法的监测结果差异无显著性.结论在足够通风的条件下消毒液湿拖湿抹既适用于动态情况又适用于静态情况,是保持空调环境洁净的经济有效措施.
