Objective To analyze the acute cerebral watershed infarction by intravascular interventional therapy. Methods 36 patients with acute cerebral watershed infarction patients were given endovascular treatment. Results After treatment of patients with carotid artery stenosis score and neurological deifcits were signiifcantly improved after 24 months of follow-up, no recurrence or transient ischemic attack. Conclusion In strict grasp the operation indications on the basis for endovascular treatment of patients with acute cerebral watershed infarction, can effectively improve the patients with neurological impairment, the prognosis of recurrent disease.
Objective To analyze the application value of sodium ozagrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods84 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in control group treated with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of the observation group, 44 cases in the control group based on the use of aspirin treatment.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, neurological deficit score, ADL score after treatment were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Sodium ozagrel combined with aspirin can promote the nerve function defect of infarction patients significantly improved, significant effect.

Objective To study the expression of aminoglutaminic acid transporter(EAAT) mRNA in cerebral cortex of diabetic rats having brain injury and its potential mechanism.Method Twenty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups:14 rats fed with normal diet were selected as control group,and 14 rats fed with high glucose and high fatty diet plus intraperitoneal injecting STZ for inducing insulin resistance were selected as model group.Rats of two groups were free water-intake and illumination was given for 12h.One month late,blood glucose was measured.After 6 months,and EAAT-1,EAAT-2 and EAAT-3 mRNA expressions in cerebral cortex were detected by RT-PCR.Results The blood glucose level in model group[(20.016±1.984)mmol/L)]was higher than normal value(P<0.01) and that in control group[(3.82±0.123)mmol/L,P<0.01],The islet cells decreased significantly in pancreatic tissue in model group,while a lot of islet cells were observed in control group.The expression of EAAT-3 mRNA in model group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The up-regulate expression of EAAT-3 could be an important factor in brain injury of rats with diabetes mellitus.

Objective the purposes of this test is to study gene expression and mechanism concerning receptors of metabolic pattern(transporter of aminoglutaminic acid) in brain injured with diabetes.Methods There are twenty-eight Wistar rats to be randomly distributed class of A(this is control group breeding with routine animal feeds,the numbers are fourteen.) and B(this is test group breeding with high glucose and high fat animal feeds,in addition to inducing insulin resistance through injectioned STZ,the numbers are fourteen.).Drink and food of all rats is random,and receiving12 hours illumination cycle.A month later,all rats are be detected blood glucose.Six months later,the mRNA expression of EAAT-1、mGluR-4、mGluR-6 is be monitored with RT-PCR in pallium of diabetes' rats.Results the mRNA expression of mGluR-6 in class of B is more obviously increase than A(P0.05),however,the mRNA expressions of EAAT-1 and mGluR-4 is poor compared with class of A.Conclusion the increase of mGluR-6 may play a part in brain injured with diabetes.
