研究配方施肥对福宁紫3号主要性状和产量的影响,为进一步从栽培上提高福宁紫3号的产量提供科学依据.试验采用二因素随机区组设计,设6个施肥处理,即追肥时间因素:插后35 d追肥(A1),插后50 d追肥(A2);配方因素:复合肥562.5 kg/hm2 (B1),复合肥450 kg/hm2+硫酸钾112.5 kg/hm2 (B2),复合肥337.5 kg/hm2+硫酸钾157.5 kg/hm2+尿素67.5 kg/hm2(B3),每个处理设3个重复,调查福宁紫3号收获期的主要性状和产量.结果表明:A因素各处理间差异不显著,B因素各处理间差异极显著,处理A1B2和A2B2间的产量差异不显著,其他4个处理均比A1B2和A2B2减产,且减产达极显著水平.因此,配方B2对福宁紫3号增产有显著作用,也就是以复合肥450 kg/hm2+硫酸钾112.5 kg/hm2的配方最佳,可在扦插后35~50 d施用.
A three-line hybrid rice combination, Guyou 3301, was developed from the cross of a CMS line Gufeng A and a restorer line Minhui 3301 by Bio-technology Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It was released by Fujian province in 2009 and nation in 2011, respectively. It was introduced, planted and demonstrated by Fu an city in 2012. We summarized its high-yielding cultivation techniques including sowing, seedling, transplanting,water and fertilizer management, disease and pest control.

Production and demonstration trials of a new rice variety purple glutinous you 161 were conducted at Fu’an city in order to explore its adaptability,yield level and economic benefit.Pollution-free cultivation techniques for this variety were preliminary summarized,and the suggestion of implementing order production was put forward according to the demonstration results.
试验结果表明,葡萄园中利用零排放猪舍垫料废料栽培双孢蘑菇后,双孢蘑菇培养中多余的养分改善葡萄园土壤理化性状,提高土壤氮、磷、钾含量:全氮0.06%、有效磷1.5 mg/kg、速效钾279 mg/kg、有机质16.5%;降低土壤pH值(0.4),有利于葡萄根系生长,产量增高品质增优,使经济效益比葡萄单作提高一倍。
