Salt-tolerant germplasm of sweet potato is screened by evaluating the salt tolerance of sweet potato tissue culture seedlings. In this study, seven sweet potato varieties were used as test materials, and the stem segments of the test materials were inoculated into Murashige and Skoog(MS) media containing 0, 2, 4, 6, 8and 10 g/L NaCl, followed by the measurement of vine length, germination rate, rooting rate, root number and salt damage index after 30 days. The comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance for sweet potato materials was carried out by using Statistic Package for Social Science(SPSS) cluster analysis and membership function. The results showed that‘Funingzi No.4’and‘Funingzi No.5’were sensitive materials. The root growth was completely inhibited and vine growth was inhibited by 90% in MS medium containing 2 g/L NaCl.‘Funingzi No.3’,‘Funingzi No.6’,‘Funingshu No.12’,‘Funingshu No. 20’and‘Funingshu No.23’showed certain resistance to salt damage in the appropriate concentration range of salinity. All the indicators indicated that,the seven sweet potato varieties were ordered in terms of salt tolerance strength as follows:‘Funingshu No.12’>‘Funingzi No.3’>‘Funingzi No.6’>‘Funingshu No. 20’>‘Funingshu No. 23’>‘Funingzi No.4’>‘Funingzi No.5’.
为选育高产优质紫甘薯新品种,以福薯13号为母本,采用集团杂交育成的甘薯新品种福宁紫4号,于2012-2013年参加福建省区域试验.结果表明,福宁紫4号2 a平均鲜薯亩产量2 888.72 kg,比对照品种金山57(CK1)增产7.38%;薯干亩产量672.78 kg,比CK1增产1.84%;并于2015年通过福建省品种审定,2019年通过农业农村部品种登记.福宁紫4号具有高产、抗病、较优质、适应性广等特点,早、晚薯均可种植,适宜在福建省大面积推广应用.
为防止紫甘薯新品种福宁紫4号和5号田间种植感染病毒导致优良种性退化,运用茎尖分生组织培养获得脱毒苗.试验结果表明,福宁紫4号和5号茎尖诱导成苗培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L,成苗率达70.8%,继代增殖培养基为1/2MS基本培养基,福宁紫4号月均繁殖系数达2.83倍,福宁紫5号月均繁殖系数达2.41倍;福宁紫4号脱毒种薯产量比对照原品种提高11.60%,达极显著水平,5号脱毒种薯产量比对照原品种提高5.27%,达显著水平.
宁德市农业科学研究所于2011年以龙薯14号为母本,201005-2(金山679集团杂交后代)为父本进行杂交,选育出的福宁紫5号表现较好,于2013年、2014年进行所内品比试验,于2015年、2016年参加福建省区域试验,并参加福建省区试抗病性鉴定试验.试验结果表明,该品种为一个花青素高、较高产、稳产、优质、中抗蔓割病、抗薯瘟病、适应性广的紫甘薯新品种,适于各种类型的土壤,早、晚薯均可种植,适宜在福建省大面积种植.
研究配方施肥对福宁紫3号主要性状和产量的影响,为进一步从栽培上提高福宁紫3号的产量提供科学依据.试验采用二因素随机区组设计,设6个施肥处理,即追肥时间因素:插后35 d追肥(A1),插后50 d追肥(A2);配方因素:复合肥562.5 kg/hm2 (B1),复合肥450 kg/hm2+硫酸钾112.5 kg/hm2 (B2),复合肥337.5 kg/hm2+硫酸钾157.5 kg/hm2+尿素67.5 kg/hm2(B3),每个处理设3个重复,调查福宁紫3号收获期的主要性状和产量.结果表明:A因素各处理间差异不显著,B因素各处理间差异极显著,处理A1B2和A2B2间的产量差异不显著,其他4个处理均比A1B2和A2B2减产,且减产达极显著水平.因此,配方B2对福宁紫3号增产有显著作用,也就是以复合肥450 kg/hm2+硫酸钾112.5 kg/hm2的配方最佳,可在扦插后35~50 d施用.

研究配方施肥对宁薯10号主要性状和产量的影响,为进一步从栽培措施方面提高宁薯10号的产量提供科学依据.试验采用二因素随机区组设计,设6个不同的施肥处理(A1B1、A1B2、A1B3、A2B1、A2B2、A2B3),具体为:A1:插后35 d追肥;A2:插后50 d追肥;B1:施用复合肥562.5 kg/hm2;B2:施用复合肥450 kg/hm2+硫酸钾112.5 kg/hm2; B3:施用复合肥337.5 kg/hm2+硫酸钾157.5 kg/hm2+尿素67.5 kg/hm2,每个处理设3个重复,调查宁薯10号收获期的主要性状和产量.结果表明:A因素间差异不显著,B因素间差异极显著,处理A1B3和A2B3间的产量差异不显著,处理A1B3与A2B2、A1B1、A2B1、A1B2间产量差异达极显著水平.因此,配方B3对宁薯10号增产有显著作用,也就是说施用复合肥337.5 kg/hm2+硫酸钾157.5 kg/hm2+尿素67.5 kg/hm2的配方最佳,可在扦插后35~50 d施用.
福宁薯14号是以福薯13号为母本集团杂交选育而成的兼用型甘薯新品种,具有高产、稳产、较优质、抗病、适应性广等特点.2011-2012年参加福建省区域试验,2年平均每hm2鲜薯产量55665.75kg,比对照增产28.38%;薯干产量12011.55kg,比对照增产11.29%;淀粉产量6910.95kg,比对照增产4.20%.该品种于2014年6月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号:闽审薯2014006.
为鉴定和筛选适合闽东地区种植的甘薯新品种,2012年在福建省福安市溪柄镇进行甘薯新品种区域试验,结果表明:9个参试新品种中,福宁紫4号鲜薯产量、薯干产量、淀粉产量均最高,每667 m2分别为3291.7 kg、750.8 kg、471.5 kg,分别比金山57(对照)增产29.0%、21.4%、25.3%.
[Objective]The effects of fertilizer application on the main characters and yield of Funingshu 12 were studied to provide the scientific basis for further increase production from cultivation of Funingshu 12. [Method]Two factors randomized block was designed and six different fertilizer treatments were set to investigate the main characters and yield of Funingshu 12. A1: Cuttage 35 days after fertilization; A2: Cuttage 50 days after fertilization; B1: fertilizer 562.5 kg/hm2; B2: fertilizer 450 kg/hm2+ potassium sulfate 112. 5 kg /hm2; B3: fertilizer 337.5 kg/hm2+potassium sulfate 157. 5 kg /hm2+ urea 67. 5kg /hm2,three replicates per treatment. [Result]No significant differences between the A factors and significantly between the B factors,and not significant difference of yield between A1B3 and A2B3,but the other four treatments were cut up significantly than A1B3 and A2B3. [Conclusion]The formulation B3 could significantly improve the yield of Funingshu 12. So the fertilizer formula was compound fertilizer 337. 5 kg /hm2+ potassium sulfate 157. 5 kg /hm2+ urea 67. 5 kg /hm2 which could be applied on the 35- 50 th day after the plants were cultivated.
A comparison experiment on 10 introduced sweet potato varieties were studied in some agronomic traits including characteristics and yield by using Jinshan57 as control in 2012.The results showed that,the dry matter yields per 667 m2 of Eshu6 and Xiangshu75-55 were 600.5 kg and 639.5 kg,and the starch yields of Eshu6 and Xiangshu75-55 were 392.0 kg and 431.3 kg,and were both higher than the control,these two varieties also showed excellent comprehensive characters,could be used as a high-starch varieties,further extended and demonstrated at Ningde.
To keep the good character of 10th Ningde-sweet potato,extend the seed application experience in field,virus-free plantlets was obtained by apical meristem culture and indicator plant detection method.The experimental results showed that the first culture medium for apical meristem growth of the 10th Ningde-sweet potato was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,seedling rate up to 94.4%,and subculture medium for stem segments propagating was 6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,the propagation coefficient was up to 5 times.The yield of its virus-free seedling increased by 16.5% than that of the control original varieties,reached extremely significant level,so it could be popularized in large area.
为了保持宁薯10号甘薯品种的优良种性,延长种薯的田间应用年限,运用茎尖分生组织培养,指示植物检测方法获得脱毒苗.结果表明,以MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L为宁薯10号茎尖初代培养基,成苗率达94.4%;以6-BA 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L为茎切段继代增殖培养基,繁殖系数达2.54倍;宁薯10号脱毒苗产量比对照原品种提高16.5%,达到极显著水平,可大面积推广应用.
福宁薯12号(原名宁薯12号)是以宁薯3号为母本,金山72为父本,通过有性杂交选育而成的高产型红心甘薯新品种。省区试两年平均鲜薯产量比对照增产12.92%,生产试验鲜薯产量比对照增产23.99%。薯块干物率23.66%,出粉率14.23%。试验结果表明,福宁薯12号具有高产、稳产、较优质、抗蔓割病、中抗薯温病、适应性广等特点,适宜在福建省大面积推广应用。栽培上应注意防治斜绞夜蛾、小象虫等害虫危害,并掌握全生育期150d左右。该品种已于2011年3月8日通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定,具有很好的应用前景。
The comparative experiment performed for six introduced varieties of purple sweet potato in Ningde of Fujian province.The high yield,adaptability and agronomic characters of varieties were researched.The results showed that the fresh root tuber yield of Funingzi 3 was the highest(29 180.70 kg/hm2),the dry root tuber yield ranked the second,best taste and expression of comprehensive characters was the best.The dry root tuber yield of Xu22-1 was the highest(9 126.15 kg/hm2),the fresh root tuber yield ranked the second,better taste and expression of comprehensive characters was better.These two varieties suitable for planting in Mindong area and ecological similar area as a purple sweet potato type variety of fresh-eating and processing.
[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to indentify and select new sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in east Fujian(Ningde) area. [Method]Regional trial of sweet potato varieties was undertaken in Ningde, Fujian (China) during 2010. The yield of fresh and dry tuber, starch yield and dry matter content, flour yield taste value, appearance and quality and disease resistance of 11 sweet potato varieties were compared with the control variety Jinshan 57. [Result]Among twelve varieties, the fresh tuber yield of Pushu 20 was recorded as highest (33760.50 kg/ha) and it was 6.3% higher than the CK. The starch yield of Jinshu 3 was recorded as highest (5465.70 kg/ha) which was 6.07% higher than the CK. The taste quality of Jinshu 2 and Longshu 25 were the best (score 83), and 3 points higher than the CK. [Conclusion]Pushu 20, Junshu 2 and Jinshu 3 were suitable for planting in east Fujian area and the similar ecological areas.

Funingshu 12,a new sweet potato variety of high yield type,was bred by crossing between Ningshu 3(♀)and Jinshan 72(♂).In the provincial trial and production test pilot,the average fresh potato production increase significantly,dry matter production equivalent to the control of Jinshan 57.Two-year trial in provinces which the average fresh potato yield 12.92% increase compared to the control,and increase 23.99% of yield compared with the control in fresh potato production test.The dry matter rate of 23.66% and extraction rate of 14.23%.The tests showed that the variety had a high yield,stable yield,better quality,resistance of Fusarium disease and Warm potato diseas,wide adaptability.Suitable for large scale applications in Fujian Province.The variety was validated in March,2011 by Fujian Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee,and there is a good prospect.
Ningshu 10,a new sweet potato variety of high yield type,was bred by crossing between Ningshu 3(♀) and Jinshan 72(♂).The tests showed that the variety had a high yield,high carotene content,high disease resistance and wide adaptability.Its breeding procedures,yield performance and characteristics are described.
