A methodology of the entropy production theory is employed in hydro turbine flows to analyze the hydraulic loss characteristics quantitatively. The entropy production theory has its distinctive superiority over than traditional pressure drop method because it calculates energy loss through integrating entire computational domain so that it can identify location of energy loss and reflect energy loss characteristics intuitively. This simulated study was implemented by commercial software ANSYS CFX with shear stress turbulence model for a Francis turbine versus various discharge conditions. After comparing with experimental data, the energy loss in different flow components was analyzed and the ability of flow parts to generate energy loss was evaluated versus various conditions quantitatively. Then, the distributions of entropy production rate (EPR) were displayed in stay&guide vanes, runner and draft tube. The conclusions indicate that draft tube is the main part generating the most energy loss compared with other parts. The energy loss fluctuation of runner was obtained and three dominant frequencies were captured with two low frequencies 11.93 [Hz], 15.9 [Hz] and one high frequency 27.83 [Hz]. This study indicates that entropy production theory can provide sufficient theoretical and engineering guidance for the energy loss analysis in hydro turbine flows.
Based on the design methods of fish friendly hydraulic turbines at home and abroad and traditional hydraulic turbines, this paper designs an axial flow fish friendly hydraulic turbine in plateau area by using Unigraphics NX. The steady-state simulation of the turbine is carried out by fluent, and the energy characteristics of the three blade runner are analyzed. Through the transient computation, the pressure fluctuation characteristics in the leafless area of the turbine with guide vane opening of 18.2° and 14.2° are studied, and the fish passing characteristics are analyzed. Compared with the evaluation criteria of fish friendly water turbine, the variation rate of pressure obtained is less than 550.3kpa/s, which meets the design criteria of fish friendly water turbine and basically meets the demand of fish passing down the dam.
There will be interference signals in the process of collecting the swing signal of the main shaft of the hydropower unit, and the axis orbit will be deformed and disordered, so it is impossible to judge the operation state of the main shaft. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the purification research of the axis orbit. In this paper, Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) are compared and analyzed. The comparison of the two reconstruction methods used and the comparison of the axis orbit formed by the signals reconstructed by the components of different correlation coefficients in EEMD prove the superiority and reliability of the axis orbit purification method based on the EEMD and correlation coefficient which provides a new method for fault diagnosis of the rotor system.
许多鸟种因具有较强的适应性而分布广泛,例如家燕(Hirundo rustica).在不同纬度地区研究其繁殖生态学特征有助于了解家燕对不同环境的适应.家燕mandschurica亚种在国内仅分布于黑龙江省,且该亚种的繁殖资料少有报道,为此,于2016和2017年每年的4至10月,在哈尔滨对其繁殖生态特征开展研究,并与国内目前已发表的家燕gutturalis亚种繁殖生态特征进行对比.家燕mandschurica亚种4月底或5月初迁来哈尔滨,9月下旬或10月初南迁;窝卵数为4~6枚(n=19);卵长径(18.7±1.4)mm(15.9~22.5 mm)、卵短径(13.0±0.5)mm(12.2~14.2 am),卵重(1.6±0.1)g(1.3~1.9 g),n=35;孵卵期为(16±2)d(14~18d,n=19);育雏期为(17±1)d(16~ 18d,n=6).雏鸟的体长、翅长及尾羽长的生长曲线能与Logistic较好地拟合;体重、嘴峰和跗跖在5日龄左右生长最快,体长和翅长在7日龄左右增长最快,雏鸟的生长模式符合能量分配假说.与我国南方的家燕gutturalis亚种相比,在哈尔滨繁殖的mandschurica亚种的卵更小、更轻,二者孵卵期相似,但后者育雏期更短.这或许与不同地区食物丰富度及亲鸟喂食策略有关.
According to the orthogonal experiment,the paper analyzes the influence of the compression,water content,and fiber mixing volume on the unconfined compressive strength experiment of the wooden fiber reinforced soil,proves by the test result that the water content and com-pression have the evident influence on the anti-shearing strength index of the wood fiber soil,the fiber mixing has certain effect on the unconfined compressive strength,and indicates the wood fiber unconfined compressive strength increases along with the rising compaction,while it lowers along with the increasing water content and fiber mixing volume.

In order to meet the need of programming of four-axis machine with single table numerical control system for space cutter compensation,a method of programming of space cutter compensation vector model was presented,the post processing algorithm of space cutter compensation was improved.The method was successfully applied to the self-developed numerical control processing of four-axis machine of stair handrail elbow.The method relies on existing CAM software,and it has certain universal and certain reference value of the development of the four-axis numerical control system with the function of space cutter compensation.
Applying different refined jute,pure jute fiber mat and jute-carbon hybrid needled mat were produced by the non-fabricated method and those reinforced vinyl resin composites were made by RTM method in this research;Stretching test and bending test were conducted to analyze and discuss the stretching and bending mechanical performances.The results shows that the interface properties and comprehensive properties of composite are improved because a large amount of lignin,wax and oils covering on the surface of jute fiber were removed by alkali and hydrogen peroxide treatment.Especially,the tensile strength and modulus of jute-carbon unilateral reinforced hybrid composite significantly are increased by 146.2% and 43.6% respectively,but its flexural properties is lower than those which were refined.
VPT (virtual prototyping technology) is applied to the design and research of four-axis machine with single table. The virtual processing environment has been constructed by using the technology of three-dimensional modeling and virtual processing and so on. In case of four-axis, the processing method of accurately describing the space curve is studied. Furthermore, virtual simulation of the processing course of space curve can be realized.
