The investigation on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in Chengshan Forest Farm of Weihai,Shandong Province showed Monochamus alternatus Hope and Arhopalus rusticus Linnaeus were two important borers damaging Pinus thunbergii seriously. The research results on niches of their mature larvae indicated that the niche breadth of M. alternatus and A. rusticus larvae was 0. 841 and 0. 640,respectively;which was different and niche overlap was 0. 842 in April. The niche breadth of the two beetles was similar in July and August,but niche overlap and coefficient of competition were increasing. Niche breadth of M. alternatus larvae was 0. 904 on weak pines,w hich was wider than that of A. Rusticus. M.alternatus distributed mostly below 2 m on the trunk of dyngpines,which was similar with A. rusticus,niche breadth of the two beetles were 0. 53 and 0. 46.
The Investigation and analysis on the distribution of oviposition scars of Monochamus alternatus in Pinus thunbergii Parl.The results showed that there is certain relationship between oviposition scars and trunk diameter or tree height.M.alternatus had the highest oviposition preference to trunk diameter of Pinus thunbergii in 9~15 cm and tree height in 4~7 m.While trunk diameter in 9~13 cm, the beetles deposited significantly more eggs.In this range, hosts are the most affected by M.alternatus.There are no oviposition scars when diameter of host greater than 17 cm or tree height greater than 7 m.there are more oviposition scars in the trunk 1~2 m, only a little scars in more than 3 m.At the same time, the beetles lay eggs in well-lit place, south of the trunk have the most oviposition scars.
通过样地法、Poolard路线样带法对山东泰山蝶类生物多样性的调查,共发现蝶类40种,隶属7科31属.新记录种一种:尖角黄粉蝶(Eurema laeta Boisduval);国家二级保护种一种:冰清绢蝶(Parnassivs glacialis Butler).垂直分布情况随海拔高度的升高种类数呈下降趋势.区系分析表明,泰山蝶类以古北界、东洋界共有种为主.
天牛是一类是重要的钻蛀害虫,对生态环境和经济木材造成严重影响。性引诱剂和植物性引诱剂作为当前新型药剂研究的重点,已经取得了可观的成果,能够有效的监测和控制天牛。本文从利用性信息素和植物性信息素对天牛进行生物防治的角度,综述了近30种天牛的性引诱剂和植物性引诱剂的研究与应用情况。
