As a type of environment-friendly foam plastics,expanded polyvinyl alcohol is widely used in the field of cleaning,filtering materials,and medical materials.However,its application in the packing industry is never dealt with.The paper discussed the research progress in preparation technology and properties,including three common foaming methods such as mechanical foaming,chemical foaming,and pore-forming agent foaming.Technological process and some properties,including heat-resistance,chemical-resistance,mechanical properties,and liquid absorption are examined,which provided reference and guidance for study on expanded polyvinyl alcohol in cushioning and liquid absorption packaging for liquid products.Besides,feasibility of packaging was analyzed,and approaches to further research are also dealt with.
The classic adsorption theory,influencing factors of moisture absorption,new technologies used in moisture absorption research were summarized.Research thought of expanded PVOH's moisture absorption mechanism was put forward.The purpose was to provide reference for moisture absorption mechanism and absorption ability evaluation of foam material.
在恒温恒湿条件下对发泡聚乙烯醇(PVOH)试样吸收水、酒精的特性进行了测试分析.结果表明:发泡PVOH试样在承受一定压力的情况下吸水性能略有降低;试样被压缩至8000N后平衡吸水量明显升高;试样自然吸收酒精量约为自然吸水量的5.2倍;吸收酒精后,试样尺寸约增加了20%;压缩至8000N后,再做吸酒精试验,其平衡吸酒精量基本不变,且达到吸收平衡的时间缩短.
In this paper,a large number of field survey based on the combination of Zhenjiang city,the ancient building protection and development of the current situation and "Twelfth Five-Year" plan requirements,describes the historic and cultural city of Zhenjiang city construction in the new era of how the development of more effective protection,development of ancient buildings resources.Zhenjiang city,the ancient buildings to promote resource development,and promote the development of tourism industry,the paper through SWOT analysis made by some reasonable suggestions.Finally,protection of ancient architecture and development process presented some thoughts.
