在打造"金课"、淘汰"水课"的新时代本科教育发展要求下,教学方法中不断涌现出新模式.本文以"翻转课堂"的教学设计和实施为线索,分析阐述"翻转课堂"的内涵与特征及实施的关键因素,并将翻转课堂教学模式引入《无机化学》课程教学中,对所面临的问题进行思考,提出相应的解决方案,为今后教学改革奠定基础.
采用同位电沉积法将Bi3+和Sn2+还原在玻碳电极表面上,建立了示差脉冲阳极溶出伏安法(DPASV)测定Bi3+的新方法.实验结果表明:Bi3+在0.10 mol/L H2SO4溶液中在-0.90 V同位富集1.0×10-3 mol/L Sn2+ 150 s后,Bi3+的溶出峰电流与其浓度在1×10-6~9×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,线性方程为Ip=0.959 c+0.496 3,相关系数为0.997 1,检出限为1.0×10-10 mol/L,用同一电极对同一个样品进行了15次平行测定,相对标准偏差RSD为3.28%,样品加标回收率为98.48%,RSD为1.05%.该方法用于测定胃铋治药品中Bi(Ⅲ)的含量,结果满意.

The situation on the demand of factory to the secondary vocational schools graduates majored in the industrial analysis and test,and the position settings of the enterprises,have been obtained through the investi-gation and questionnaire survey. The relevant knowledge and basic ability of these jobs were analyzed. Final-ly,the professional knowledge,knowledge of work process and practical ability that industrial analysis and test professional teachers in secondary vocational school should possess were summarized.
沿用几十年的四大基础化学课程,以二级学科为基础各成体系,内容重复,占用课时较多。本文从提高教学质量入手,重构基础化学课程体系,改革教学内容,改进教学方法。
The separation of arsenic compounds,including of As(Ⅲ),As(Ⅴ),MMA,DMA,Arsenobetaine(AsB),Arsenosugar PO4,Arsenosugar OH,Arsenosugar SO3,Arsenosugar SO4 were carried out in Hamilton PRP-X100 anion-exchanged column with a mobile phase of 20 mmol/L NH4HCO3(pH 10.3) and on a Dionex Ionpac CS-10 cation-exchanged column with a mobile phase of 5 mmol/L pyridinium(pH 2.0) using ICP-MS.Total content of As as well as its different species of ten types of red algae and brown algae in microwave-assisted digestion and ultrasonic solvent extraction were examined.The results showed that total arsenic concentration in algae samples was 1.7~38.7 mg/kg As(dry weight).Main components in all of the algae samples were Arsenosugar PO4 and Arsenosugar OH(6.5%~67.7%,12.9%~86.2%),while Arsenosugar SO3 and DMA were detected in all of the brown algae samples(13.0%~52.1%,5.9%~17.4%).In contrast,no inorganic arsenic was detected in algae samples.Since the major share of arsenic components in algae is organic arsenic with a low toxiticy,we can conclude that arsenic in algae does not pose any risk to human health.
The research progress in the past ten years of determination of trace iron in food by catalytic kinetic photometry, including the catalytic oxidation photometric method, catalytic reduction photometric method, extraction catalytic photometric method,and flow injection catalytic photometric method,were reviewed. The prospective of research direction and application of determination of iron in food using Catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method was discussed.
On the basis of characteristic and actual situation of instrument analysis course,a series of teaching reforms was put forward,which include organizing reasonably teaching content,making use of multimedia teaching and amalgamation between diversified teaching methods and multimedia,emphasis on practical teaching,as well as kinds of means.Teaching quality was improved effectively in virtue of above reforms.
The kinetics of the photoisomerization of norbornadiene in the circulation reactor was investigated in the absence of solvent,with norbornadiene as raw materials and with 4,4 ’-bis(diethylamino) benzophenone as the triplet sensitizer.The results show that the concentration of norbornadiene drops quickly in the earlier stage,while it drops slowly in the later stage.The reaction rate can be expressed with a first-order reaction kinetics equation.The activation energy is 29 173 J /mol and the pre-exponential factor is 10.26 min-1.
An analytical method for the determination of DA6 with High Performance Liquid Chromatgrophy was developed.DA-6 was isolated from sample by pure water.The chromatgrophic separation was carried on with an AQ-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm I D,5 μm)column,developed with pure water containing phosphoric acid(pH 3.0) at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and monitored with a PDA detector at UV205nm.The method was linear over the concentration range of 0.002~0.200 mg/ml.
A method for analysis of soybean isoflavones in health food by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed.Daiazin,glycitin,genistin,daiazein,glycitein and genistein in soybean isoflavones were separated by using this method.The samples were separated on a C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) using CAN/phosphate at pH 2.8 as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and with UV detection at 254 nm.The method is simple and useful,and has good linearity with correlation coefficients 0.9991~0.9998 and relative standard deviation lower than 2%.The recoveries of soybean isoflavones in the samples were 100.2%~106.9%.The method is suitable for the determination of soybean isoflavones in health food.

A molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared using enoxacin as the template molecule,methacylic acid as a monomer and pentaerythritol triacylate as a cross-linker.The imprinted polymer obtained was investigated in equilibrium binding experiments to evaluate the molecular recognition and binding characteristics of the enoxacin molecularly imprinted polymer using sensitized fluorescence of terbium.Scatchard analysis showed that the imprinted polymer exhibited much higher affinity for enoxacin among the tested compounds.
The reformation of the standard of grading of analytical chemistry experiment is a necessary measure for improving the quality of experiment teaching.Our methods for grading include preparation,operation,report and experiment design,in which the operation is the most important.As a result,the studying enthusiasm of students was aroused,and favorable teaching effect was obtained.
A new method of flow injection hyphenated with chemiluminescence for determining thiourea is developed.The method is based on that thiourea reduces Fe(Ⅲ) to Fe(Ⅱ) and the reaction is coupled with the chemiluminescence system lumino-O_2-Fe(Ⅱ).Detection limit of the method is 4×10~(-7)mol·L~(-1) and RSD is 2%(for c=5×10~(-7)mol·L~(-1)).The method has been applied to the determination of thiourea in white grape wine.
A new method for determination of Ti (Ⅲ) by flow injection chemiluminesence was developed. It was based on the oxidation of I~- by K_2Cr_2O_7 induced by (Ti(Ⅲ),) and the subsequent chemiluminesence reaction of luminol oxidized by I_2. The CL intensity was linear to (Ti(Ⅲ)) concentration over the range of 1×10~(-9)~1×10~(-5) (g/mL). The detection limit was 4×10~(-10) g/mL, the relative standard deviation was 3.0% for 11 measurements of 1×10~(-7) g/mL Ti(Ⅲ) samples. The method was used to determine Ti in hair samples with satisfactory results.
A new method for determining folic acid by flow injection of chemiluminesence is developed in this paper. Thus the oxidation of folic acid by Fe(Ⅲ) is coupled to chemiluminesence redox reaction of luminol and Fe(Ⅱ). The detective limit is 2×10-7mol/L and the relative standard deviation is 1.2% for 11 measurement times to 5×10-6mol/L folic acid standard solutions. The method is used to determine folic acid with satisfaction.
