Through the demand analysis on spontaneous combustion prediction with gas analysis method and on the basis of the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages and the applicability of the original surface and underground bundle tube fire monitoring systems as well as the improvement of them, Model JSG-8 underground bundle tube fire monitoring system was developed, this system has high automatic degree and perfect analysis and management function by expert system, is easy to operate and maintain, and can meet the demand of underground spontaneous combustion prediction of large, medium and small coal mines.
Different hole packing and infusion test were conducted in accordance with the concrete conditions of coal seams and analysis was made according to the on-the-spot investigation results. The test research and analyzed results have a certain guiding significance for correcting and determining infusion parameters and rationally choosing infusion technology and e-quipment.
