Sanya is a pilot city for the reform of national public hospitals and one of the five regional medi-cal consortiums in Hainan province , which protrudes Haitang district for its obvious regional features .This paper explores the possibility and the realization approaches to constructing regional medical consortium in this region , based on its current development and the direction of medical reform of the nation , so as to make contribution to the optimal allocation of medical resources and the extension of high quality medical services .
Translational medicine has been on the rise for 20 years as a new model of biomedical research,which plays a positive role in narrowing the gap between basic research and clinical medicine and in development of medical sciences.This paper traced back the milestones of translational medicine,and analyzed the hurdles for China to develop translational medicine,namely the organization system,management model and benefit sharing.On such basis,the authors recommended on the development and strategy,especially in clinical medical institutions in China.
As a basic support platform,laboratory animal centre plays an important role in scientific research of a large hospital.Based on the current conditions of The Laboratory Animal Centre in our hospital,its problems and difficulties were analyzed in this paper and its management was studied in terms of its innovative management model,training of its professional staff,and conduction of scientific research.
The Secretary of State for Health,in exercise of powers conferred by section 126 of the National Health Service Act 1977 and section 21 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990,and with the consent of the Treasury,makes the Regulations: The National Health Service(Clinical Negligence Scheme) Regulations 1996(1996 No.251).The Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts(CNST) was established by the Regulations.The Administrator may provide funds to make payments permitted under Regulation 9 in a sum not exceeding a Total Payment in respect of any CNST Claim."NHSLA" means the Special Health Authority established pursuant to the National Health Service Litigation Authority(Establishment and Constitution) Order 1995 by the Secretary of State under the title National Health Service Litigation Authority,to administer the CNST.The NHSLA handles medical negligence claims and works to improve risk management practices in the NHS.
With the growth of state investment in medical technology area,the large general hospital as an important part of the national innovation system is undertaking more and more major national research projects.How to improve the quality and efficiency of the scientific project management of hospital and to produce more significant scientific achievements have became a practical problems.Every major general hospitals are facing the problems.This article analyzes the status and problems of the major research projects management in large general hospital and tries to explore the key problems restricting the progress of the scientific project management in large general hospital.To solve these problems,the article discusses the ways to strengthen project management and solving strategies.
In the process of creating the top level modern researching hospital in General Hospital of PLA,research work was highlighted.Research management reform and innovation which includes setting research management principle,improving research management system and mechanism,innovating research project management mode,establishing research information sharing platform,training research staff has carried out.It has helped promoting clinical treatment and promoting hospital all-round,good and rapid development.

Values of implementing attending in charge system in large general hospital were discussed.The feasibilities of implementing attending in charge system was analyzed.Management system and institutional was established and effective management methods for separating medical staff's position from title in large general hospital has developed and has given an effective way to sub-special department management.Evidence has given for extending and applying attending in charge system in large general hospital.
Based on the experiences,the author put forward several suggestions on constructing field medical station in comprehensive hospital,which included the continual education on the combat readiness,the enhancement of the military qualities and other related capacities,the close relationship between training and the actual combat,and the improvement of equipment development,etc.
近年来,在国家科技部、卫生部的引导下,全国许多地方政府、医院、专业公司都在努力开展区域卫生信息化建设.有的地方政府,如厦门市政府甚至把为市民建立电子健康服务信息系统作为为民办实事的重大项目,取得了良好效果.但是,大多数地区都遇到一系列法律法规制度问题.对区域卫生信息化的深入发展有严重制约作用.对此,进行了初步探讨,并提出解决思路与办法.
