Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of acellular matrix biological mesh and polypropylene mesh in the treatment of incarcerated inguinal hernia.Methods 60 cases of incarcerated inguinal hernia in Sichuan People's Hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with acellular matrix biological mesh,while the control group was treated with polypropylene patch.The recurrence rate,incision infection,chronic pain and foreign body sensation of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in general information,operation time,postoperative hospitalization time (P>0.05).After 3 years follow-up,there were no significant differences in recurrence rate,incision infection rate and chronic pain rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative foreign body sensation in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the incidence of seroma in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acellular matrix biological mesh for incarcerated inguinal hernia can reduce the incidence of postoperative foreign body sensation,but do not increase the recurrence rate.
目的 评价集束化护理干预措施在新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎中的应用效果.方法 选取2014年~2015年于我院行机械通气治疗的新生儿114例作为研究对象,将其分为采取集束化护理的观察组与接受常规护理的对照组,将两组护理效果作以比较.结果 观察组机械通气时间、住院时间分别为(104.6±4.3)h、(13.7±2.2)d短于对照组(136.5±4.7)h、(22.4±3.9)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼吸机相关肺炎发生率为7.0%低于对照组19.3%(P<0.05).结论 对于行机械通气治疗的新生儿采取集束化护理可尽早实现气管插管拔管,缩短患者住院时间,降低呼吸机相关肺炎发生率.
