The urban planning management refers to the planning implementation management by the urban authority after the urban comprehensive planning or the urban detailed planning authorized,mainly includes the urban land management and each construction management.This article analyzes the main stakeholders in the urban planning management,does a preliminary study on the various conflicts and contradictions between the public interest and the u r b a n p l a n n i n g m a n a g e m e n t implementation.It is pointed out that some issues of urban planning management faced and certain suggestions for improvement are given.
