
This study focuses on the architectural environmental color research of historical districts,taking the Dufudi Historic District in Wuhan City as a practical case.By employing digital intelligence technologies for color data collection,it analyzes and evaluates the current color status of buildings,facilities,and natural environments in historical districts.The research identifies existing issues in urban historical district color preservation,including lack of uniformity in color planning and deficiency in cultural connotations of color schemes.In response to these problems,the study formulates color palette ranges based on architectural typologies according to ancient building restoration principles and architectural heritage conservation principles.It proposes multiple schemes for adjusting overall facade lightness contrast and chroma,while comprehensively considering urban climatic conditions to determine the district's holistic color scheme.Adopting a district-level perspective,this research provides context-specific and time-responsive solutions for architectural environmental color preservation in historical districts from a relatively micro-level approach,offering adaptable pathways that align with regional characteristics and temporal variations.
Promoting community participation plays a crucial role in establishing a people-oriented community governance system.In the current wave of advancing smart community construction and enhancing the digitalization and intelligence of grassroots governance,it is of both theoretical and practical significance to explore whether smart community construction and intelligent device usage can facilitate resident participation.Existing studies have mainly focused on the definition,enabling mechanisms,and practical systems of smart community construction,with less emphasis on how it influences residents'community behaviors.This paper,based on the typical scenario of smart access control in smart community construction,conducted on-site questionnaire surveys in two smart communities in Beijing.It employed a structural equation model to analyze the impact mechanism of community intelligent device usage on residents'community participation.The results indicate that residents'usage of community intelligent devices significantly enhances community participation,with community trust playing an intermediary role,and residents'social connections leading to variations in the influence pathway.This study reveals the micro mechanisms through which smart community construction promotes resident community participation and highlights the importance of fostering community connections and organizations in smart community construction to achieve people-centered community governance more effectively.
With the continuous advancement of historical city protection and renewal work,it is urgent to construct a localized theoretical system and technical methods for the protection and renewal of Chinese historical cities.This article takes the Yulin Fangzhi City Map as the research object.Based on the local historical literature and on-site surveying and mapping of Yulin,by sorting and summarizing the relevant Fangzhi City Maps of Yulin,it studies the natural landscape pattern,cultural space creation,local eight scenic construction,and military defense system from four aspects,summarizes the development and evolution process of its city and the historical experience of planning and construction,Explore and propose practical strategies for application and inheritance in contemporary urban planning.
China's urban and rural planning industry is in the process of transforming from incremental planning to stock planning,but at present,there are certain deficiencies in the research object,theoretical system and practical operation of domestic stock planning research,so how to transform to enhance its effectiveness and scientificity is an important topic.From the perspective of cognitive psychology,this paper argues that the transformation of stock planning research needs to be based on the change of thinking mode,and the study of thinking mode change is also a favorable weapon to solve the above research deficiencies.This paper sorts out the four ways of thinking from incremental planning to stock planning,namely the expansion and deepening of the content of holistic,complex,value and process thinking mode,and discusses the transformation of the deficiencies of stock planning research on this basis.Among them,taking the historic district protection planning as an example in planning practice,it is believed that in the future,more attention should be paid to the function and finance balance based on the region,the research of multiple values of temporal and spatial isomorphism,the gradual mode of consultation combining the upper and lower levels,the phased classification promotion that respects financial resources,and the flexible system clause design.In order to provide reference suggestions for the research and development of stock planning,and promote the activation and utilization of stock resources.
Based on Baidu migration big data,this paper explores the role of digital economy development on urban resilience under the impact of the new crown epidemic in 2020 and its underlying mechanisms in 277 cities in China.The findings show that(1)the digital economy can improve urban resilience and promote the recovery of urban vitality,and this result still holds after the instrumental variables are selected.In addition,city characteristics such as economic and demographic characteristics also have significant effects on city resilience;(2)the results of mechanism testing show that technological innovation capability and government governance effectiveness are two important channels through which the digital economy empowers city resilience;(3)heterogeneity analysis reveals that different administrative levels,cooperation levels,and spatial development patterns of cities affect the effects of the digital economy.This paper enriches the research on the impact of digital economy development on urban resilience from the perspective of external shocks,and lays a factual foundation for the construction of digital China.
In the context of the growing aspirations of people for better life qualities,the design of traditional cultural centers that exclusively aimed for grand urban images can no longer meet the current needs.Taking the planning and design work of the Initial Development Zone of the Central Green Forest Park in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center as an example,this paper tries to explore a people-oriented planning model for urban cultural centers.It proposes three aspects of methodology:people-oriented space,people-oriented functions,and people-oriented vitality.The concept is implemented by the integrated design of above-underground space and the vertically layered control detailed planning which ensures the legalization.
In 2017,Guangzhou was selected as the first pilot city to facilitate micro-regeneration in old neighborhoods.This paper combines literature on urban planning and public policy to develop the policy instrument analytical framework based on a"structure-activity"perspective.First,we examine the policy evolution and institutional arrangements from the national scale,particularly how policy explosions move between regions.Second,we investigate the planning models and existing issues of Guangzhou practices.From the structural perspective,policy instrument is regarded as institutional arrangements issued by the central governments,embodying discourse transformation,policy diffusion,and implementation at the national scale.From the agency perspective,policy instruments can be understood as specific planning models governments adopt.Local initiatives have three policy instruments:regulatory,incentive,and mobilization.
Coastal zones are characterized by the interaction of land and sea elements,sustained socio-economic activity,and the continuous,high-frequency crossing of various forms of boundaries by material and related activities,making them the core of transboundary planning.Drawing on the theoretical basis of transboundary marine spatial planning,it is proposed that the connotation of transboundary coastal zone spatial planning includes the content of trans-administrative boundaries,trans-land and sea boundaries and trans-governance boundaries,and the key lies in clarifying the transboundary conflict of coastal zone spatial planning.By analyzing the typical area of Xiamen Bay,the transboundary conflicts in coastal zone space are concentrated in the maintenance of marine rare species and ecological continuity of habitats,pollution prevention and control of watersheds-estuaries and coastal land-seas,and the development and utilization of resources such as marine energy,reclamation space,and industrial elements.Based on the types of conflicts,corresponding governance paths are proposed to promote cross-border governance of coastal zone space and synergistic development of the region through cooperative consultation and consensus,interest coordination mechanism,regional synergistic legislation,multi-dimensional co-governance system and other governance means.
The transformative development of urban industrial heritage areas as the key area for urban regeneration in recent years provides a large amount of low-cost land and industrial cultural elements for urbanization.Based on the Actor Network Theory(ANT),with the methodology of field research and oral history interviews,this paper analyses the process and mechanism of spatial reconstruction induced by Tianjin's industrial heritage regeneration,which is the dual process of heritagization and brownfield development in the network of industrial heritage regeneration.The research shows that industrial heritage regeneration is not only an important means of physical and socio-spatial revitalization,but also a cultural practice that implicitly involves a change in the relationship between the heritage discourses.The interactions and translations between heterogeneous actors contribute to the reconstruction of physical and social spaces.This reconstruction creates new urban cultural spaces,but at the same time triggers uneven growth of land values,conflicting value orders in the capital market,as well as the voicelessness of heritage discourse and unfair distribution of benefits.Furthermore,the research proposes an optimal way to build the industrial system of heritage and to value the relationship between heritage and people in the process of transforming the non-monumental production space into a social and cultural space.
"Mega City Region"is an advanced form of city-region synergistic development,characterized by the spatial and network features of high-efficiency interaction of multidimensional factor flows.The Pearl River Delta(PRD)is characterized by economic prosperity,spatial contiguity,market integration and functional differentiation,and is moving towards a"mega-city region".This study takes the PRD as an empirical research object,and draws on multi-source big data to characterize its functional nodes and networks,and conducts developmental measurements.The study finds that:①"Functional city regions"are emerging continuously and multi-level node systems are formed.There are a total of 192 functional nodes in the region,of which 49 are in the core city of Guangzhou and 42 are in Shenzhen;② the interaction of factors between the region is intense,with Guangzhou and Foshan crossing the border in one direction and Shenzhen and Dongguan in two directions,and the structure of multi-center network in Shenzhen is obvious,and the structure of the core edge in Guangzhou is obvious;③ the region as a whole is prosperous and has formed the four major functional regions with the Shenzhen metropolitan area and the Guangzhou metropolitan area as the core;④ the PRD is embedded in the global-local system.Functional nodes are constantly reorganized to form giant functional regions.With the concentration of various streams of factors in the Inner Bay,a more complete and advanced form of integrated regional organization will be formed in the Pearl River Delta in the future.
At present,the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao plays a unique role in the new development pattern of the"double cycle",and its development involves not only the synergistic development of Hong Kong,Macao and the Pearl River Delta(PRD)at a higher level under the principle of"one country,two systems",but also the direction of its development in the domestic and international cycles.This also makes the promotion of regional synergistic development through cross-scale linkages in a multi-scale development environment in the Greater Bay Area complicated,and there is an urgent need to find a suitable model of regional synergistic development and its realization path.By analyzing the regional development characteristics,patterns and dynamic evolution of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in different periods,we have initially explored an open and integrated regional synergistic development innovation model of"East-West compatibility"and"Four-chain fusion"under the"double-cycle"system,which the open innovation of"east-west compatibility"promotes the formation of"Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao+domestic+international"innovation mode,and constructs the"industry chain+innovation chain+capital chain+policy chain"based on science and technology innovation,so as to realize the change of the role of the international science and technology innovation center in the Greater Bay Area.
The construction of regional innovation system is an important support for the deep implementation of the national regional development strategy and the construction of the innovation-oriented country.Promoting the coordinated development of regional innovation system is conducive to improving the development of regional innovation capacity and realizing high-quality development.This paper uses Nvivo to build a policy coding system,and analyzes the synergy of the regional innovation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei through the horizontal comparison and vertical comparison of the policy texts in different administrative levels.This study finds that:(1)The policy measures and policy objectives of the three regions serve the overall functional orientation of"Beijing-Tianjin innovation and Hebei transformation".(2)All three regions attach importance to knowledge innovation at the source,emphasizing talent cultivation,talent introduction,and talent welfare security;They also value the development of high-tech innovation and form regional high-tech innovation based on their own industrial foundation.(3)Tianjin and Hebei focus on coordinated and mutual promotion policies;The proportion of policies supporting collaborative innovation in Beijing is lower than that in Tianjin and Hebei provinces.(4)Compared with Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have a higher proportion of policy incentives for innovative small and micro enterprises.(5)The innovation policy goals and directions of Hebei provincial and local cities are consistent,and traditional technological innovation accounts for a relatively high proportion in the technological innovation system of prefecture level cities,which is more closely linked to the local industrial foundation.Finally,the paper proposes policy recommendations to promote the coordinated development of regional innovation system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
The core of new-type urbanization lies in the urbanization of people.It is necessary to transform new immigrants into permanent residents capable of establishing stable lives in cities.As the vital living hubs for new immigrants,urban villages'social integration is the focus of social attention.As an important component of urban regeneration,urban villages need to implement regeneration modes that promote social integration.The existing literature mainly focuses on megacities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen,while this article takes small and medium-sized cities as the research object to explore the urban village regeneration modes based on the social integration of new immigrants.Firstly,the"comprehensive evaluation of urban village human-habitat"is derived from the"evaluation of the current situation of social integration of new immigrants+evaluation of the spatial use status of urban villages".Then,according to the scoring levels of human-habitat dimensions,three types of renewal models for urban villages are proposed:Ⅰ.single-dimensional meticulous improvement,Ⅱ.multiple-dimensional gradual optimization,and Ⅲ.overall-dimensional systematic reshaping.Finally,select three typical urban villages in Chenzhou for empirical research,and explore and discuss the connotation of the three renewal models from the aspects of regeneration goals,notions,stakeholders,strategies,and measures.
It is of great significance to make overall planning and development based on comprehensive river basin management and strengthen the coordination between river basins and cities and counties.Firstly,from the aspects of logical origin,value resonance and emphasis on action,this paper combs the reality of integrating comprehensive river basin management into territorial space master plan,and reveals that its mode of action is to take water as the main line to systematically govern and repair the elements of land and space,to focus on the control and refinement of land and space protection,to classify and guide and deepen the development of land and space,and to focus on the transmission and control of rigid-elastic combination of base map units.On this basis,starting from the status quo diagnosis,program preparation and program evaluation,a framework for the comprehensive management of the river basin into territorial space master plan is proposed.Among them,the status quo diagnosis stage highlights the resource background;in the stage of plan preparation,spatial coordination is carried out through'control,lead and repair'to promote economic and social development and spatial layout.In the program evaluation stage,the comprehensive effect of program preparation is investigated from two aspects:environmental impact assessment and support capacity assessment.Finally,from the three dimensions of horizontal connection,vertical transmission and policy guarantee,the implementation path and guarantee of the comprehensive management of the river basin into territorial space master plan are put forward.
Social forces play a pivotal role in constructing collaborative,co-governing,and resource-sharing community governance structures,thereby elevating the level of community governance.Their involvement in the renovation of old communities is conducive to enhancing community identity,nurturing social capital,and effectively increasing resident satisfaction during the renovation process.This paper establishes a theoretical analytical framework concerning the intervention of social forces in community trust-building and the enhancement of resident satisfaction.Empirical research was conducted in the Shijia and Sanjing communities in Beijing,employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews.Utilizing ordinal regression analysis,we validated the positive impact of community trust-building on resident satisfaction during the renovation of old communities,as well as the moderating effect of social forces on this relationship.The study summarizes the underlying mechanisms and strategic insights derived from these findings.These insights aim to effectively raise the level of old community renovation and community governance capacity.
In the context of high-quality development,how to promote the rational and effective allocation of urban industrial land elements and establish an industrial land renewal model matching with sustainable development is one of the key issues of urban development and industrial optimization.This study takes Chengbei District,Jiaxing City as an example.Based on the"Land parcel-enterprise"scale,this study draws the following conclusions:1)firstly,this study analyzed the current difficulties in the renewal of inefficient industrial land;2)secondly,sustainable industrial land upgrading planning system was set up in Jiaxing Economic Development District from five aspects of technology,regulation,management,practice and policy,which were constructing sustainable inefficient-industrial land identification system,improving the top-level system design and bottom-level special planning,forming industrial land management system,promoting the renewal and transformation of existing industrial land,and carrying out suitable industrial land innovation policies.3)Thirdly,this study discussed the operating mechanism of the planning and promotion of urban inefficient industrial land from three aspects:organization setting,management system construction and supporting policies.The purpose of this paper is to provide scientific reference and practical experience for urban high-quality development and renewal of intensive industrial land.
Development zones are"special policy areas"that guide industrial development and play a major role in promoting industrialization and urbanization.With the support of favorable policies,Xi'an has successively established a number of national and provincial development zones,and gradually formed a unique"block phenomenon"at the level of institutional space.The development zone model has not only formed a distinctive feature of"segment economy",but also profoundly affected the urban spatial structure,leading to unbalanced development within the urban space of the metropolitan area and homogeneous competition among the segments.By dissecting the case of Xi'an,the study believes that integrating and coordinating the development zone group by rationalizing the powers and responsibilities of the development zone-administrative zone in terms of economic,industrial development and social governance is of great significance for supporting the optimization of urban spatial structure and high-quality development.
Studying the relationship between business environment and employment can help promote more full and higher quality employment,enhance the vitality of market economy,and promote stable economic and social growth.This paper focuses on the impact of urban business environment on informal employment,and empirically tests the relationship between the two using the panel data of 271 cities in China from 2017 to 2019.The results show that:(1)The optimization of urban business environment has a significant impact on the level of informal employment,and there is a nonlinear relationship between the two.(2)After heterogeneity test,it is found that the optimization of business environment has a significant role in promoting informal employment in prefecture-level cities other than sub-provincial cities and municipalities,as well as in eastern and western cities.(3)Taking the digital economy as the threshold variable,the level of the national digital economy has a double threshold effect on the impact of urban business environment on informal employment,and a single threshold effect on cities in the eastern,central and western regions.
The Ring Historical Transition Area is a very special urban area,and this historical transition area is an important space for the"historical-modern"transition that all historical and cultural cities have.Compared with historical and cultural districts and historic urban areas with laws to follow and a clear framework for protection and renewal,historical transition areas are important areas for connecting protected areas to modern urban development areas,and due to the existence of more diverse subjects and more complex demands in the region,they often fall into the dilemma of development.Different from linear space,linear linking technology has a greater purpose for the linking of multiple assets along the route than for its own linear space design.Through the introduction of linear link technology,the historical transition area around the city is used as the space carrier to establish asset links to the characteristic resource system inside and outside the old city,strengthen the exposure of historical and cultural resources,and realize the efficient use of different asset values.This paper takes the relevant practice of Jinan ring area as the research carrier,hoping to establish the exploration practice of linear link technology method,and provide useful ideas for the renewal and construction of many historical and cultural cities in China.
