文章以机车用制动夹钳单元为原型,采用模块化设计与适应性改进设计相结合的方法,针对性地设计了一种适用于120 km/h速度等级电力蓄电池工程车的制动夹钳单元,并从总体设计、参数设计、运动干涉与强度校核、试验验证等方面进行了详细阐述.试验证明,该制动夹钳单元各项性能均满足设计运用要求.
In order to meet the characteristics of a small installation space of foundation brake for dual -source electric locomotive ,a new compact tread brake unit is presented in this paper .The paper introduces the structure ,working principle and technical parameter of the tread brake unit ,which focuses on the principle of the slack adjuster .According to the calculation of the emergency braking dis-tance and park brake force ,it is verified that the tread brake unit can meet the braking requirements of the electric locomotive .
This paper present the problem of manual release equipment of mechanical brake units which exist in double energy battery electric locomotive.It emphasis on the design project,structure and characteristic of the manual release rope equipment.And then the pull of manual release is calculated.
