The plot test in field was carried out to study the effects of Ba-fuxian bio-organic fertilizer on growth and quality of tobacco.The results showed that the application of Ba-fuxian bio-organic could increase the tobacco resistance to virus disease,and improve the oil content,color degree and the coordination of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves,so better economic and ecological effects were obtained.
The paper summarized the research findings on the biological aspects of OphiobolinA, the structural of OphiobolinA, the biological actions of OphiobolinA in plants, animals and microorganisms, and the mode of action in calmodulin and chloroplast protein import. The possible use of OphiobolinA as a calmodulin antagonist and as some biocontrol agents was prospected.
Current situations of organic tobacco development at both home and abroad,indicating that organic tobacco is one of the innovation directions for sustainable,healthy,environmental protection and low carbon development of modern tobacco industry.On the basis of foreign cultivation technical system for organic agriculture,the cultivation technical system for organic tobacco is summed up as follows:first,keep the diversity and continuity of space and time;second,ensure closeness of nutrient cycle;third,improve self-regulatory system and protection ability of crops.Then,the development trend of organic tobacco is analyzed and corresponding measures are put forward:establish production base and assessment system for organic tobacco;establish technical system for production of organic tobacco;establish and perfect evaluation system for management,production and supervision of organic tobacco;strengthen popularization of production and concept of organic tobacco;improve management of organic tobacco purchase,industry commerce handover,and redrying.
Flue-cured tobacco varieties with different chilling tolerance,such as Zhongyan100,NC82,K326,were treated with 2 ℃,5 ℃and 8 ℃ at 5th-leaf stage.The sensitivity to low temperatures of flue-cured tobacco varieties were investigated according to the biochemical indexes,such as relative electrical conductivity,MDA,Peroxidase activity,Proline content and so on.The results demonstrated that,relative electrical conductivity,Peroxidase activity,MDA content and Proline content all obviously rise under the low temperature stress;In all the three tobacco varieties,the low temperature sensitivities are higher under 2 ℃ and 5 ℃,and the most under 2 ℃ treatment of 3 days,the least under 8 ℃ treatment of 7 days.
The effects of turfy soil on growth,development,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The results showed that the best treatment was applying turfy soil 30 t/hm2.The turfy soil promoted the growth and development of tobacco plants,improved the disease resistance,and increased the first-class tobacco proportion and average price,especially fine tobacco ration.Ideal economic effects could be obtained by applying the turfy soil.
The paper researched the effects of wheat and maize straw returning on the growth and development of tobacco plants,and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that the wheat straw returning got a better effect than the maize straw returning,the 4.5 t/hm2 was the best treatment.The wheat straw returning promoted the growth and development of tobacco plants,improved the disease resistance;increased the first-class tobacco proportion,the tobacco yield,the tobacco value and price,especially fine tobacco ration;obtained ideal economic and ecological effects.
Five different kinds of representative organic fertilizer samples collected from Yishui,Shandong province were studied.The contents of organic matters,nitrogen,total sugar,crude fat and 17 kinds of common amino acids were determined after 14 weeks' situ cultivation and waterlogged cultivation.The result indicates that application of manure to brown soil increased the contents of organic matters,nitrogen and amino acids.After situ cultivation,samples of total sugar and crude fat content were higher than that of the control;after waterlogged cultivation,in each treatment total sugar content were lower than that of the control;Join straw and chicken manure processing crude fat content were lower than controls,in the other treatment that were higher than the control.In situ cultivation,pig manure had the biggest influence on total amino acid,straw and chicken manure,ryegrass took the second place,soybean cake the last;In waterlogged cultivation,the order was straw ryegrass pig manure soybean cake chicken manure.Organic fertilizer had obvious impact on the soil nutrient content.
