运用等动肌力测试仪器对山西省9名男子击剑运动员的下肢髋、膝和踝关节屈伸肌群进行等动肌力测试分析.选取角速度值分别为60/120/240(°/s).分析击剑运动员下肢髋、膝和踝关节屈伸肌群肌肉力量特征,为运动员的体能和康复训练提供一定的科学理论依据.研究结果表明:击剑运动员弓箭步的前测腿髋关节和膝关节屈肌群的肌力均显著高于后测腿;击剑运动员下肢关节肌力表现为髋关节和踝关节双侧屈伸肌群肌力的不对称,在体能训练中应有针对性地强化薄弱环节的力量训练.
通过CYBEX等动肌肉测试系统,对山西省12名优秀男子短距离自行车运动员进行膝、踝关节进行等动肌力测试,通过峰力矩值、屈伸力矩比值力学指标较为客观的量化评定运动员膝、踝关节肌肉群肌力的整体和个体差异情况,为训练提供一定科学理论依据.研究结果表明:部分自行车运动员队膝、踝关节左右腿同名肌肉群肌力具有一定的差异性;踝关节背屈群力量比较薄弱,需要提高;膝、踝关节肌力在快速和高速运动状态下肌肉工作能力有待提高.

With the help of the instrument CYBEX-NORM770 isokinetic power test and Recovery,the paper does the kneel muscle power test when the 12 young men short range bicycle anthletes doing isokinetic concentric.The result shows that:(1) the peak moment value of the flexor and extensor musles power decreses with the increasing of angular velocityspeed,while the moment ratio of the flexor and extensor musles power increses with the increasing of the angular velocity;(2) the left flexor and extensor musles power moment ratio is obviously that on the right knee joint.
