文章以太原市电力系统(20-59岁)职工为研究对象,分析其不同年龄阶段体脂百分比、腰臀比和BMI指数的变化,结合行业特点研究该年龄段职工体成分变化特征,发现随年龄的增长,不论男女,其BF%、WHR、BMI均逐年上升,尤其在40-49岁和50-59岁随年龄增长呈逐渐增大趋势,是亚健康和许多慢性病的高发年龄段.针对研究结果,为该行业职工体质健康提供相应建议.
青少年是祖国的末来,促进青少年体质健康是全社会关注的问题之一.社会的迅速发展,要求保障青少年体质健康,这也对对社会、家庭、学校提出了更高的要求.本文适用于山西省太原市、临汾市、晋中市、忻州市四市八个区县36所学校小学生、初高中生.通过对4600余名学生进行学生体育健身活动问卷调查,3240人进行体质测试.分析结果显示,青少年在柔韧、力量和心肺耐力方面的测试指标呈下降趋势,肥胖率、偏瘦率两级分化严重.因此,本文在分析研究山西省青少年身体状况的基础上,找出存在的问题,以促进山西省青少年的健康和发展,同时为政府部门的相关决策提供参考.

跆拳道运动员体能训练是提高运动员基本身体素质指标和专项素质指标的重要环节,对跆拳道运动员在比赛中流畅发挥攻防战术有着重要意义.体能训练是跆拳道运动员的训练基础,而力量,速度,耐力,灵敏和柔韧五大素质在比赛中的综合发挥是跆拳道运动员取得致胜的法宝.当前跆拳道运动竞技水平不断提高,比赛规则不断完善,运动技战术攻防能力水平提高,体能问题成为取得胜利的保障.本文针对山西跆拳道运动队科研服务体会对运动员体能监测和训练特征进行分析研究,以此建立跆拳道运动员体能训练综合素质和专项训练指标体系,为运动队教练员及时掌控运动员的身体素质状况,科学调整阶段性训练计划,积累了一些体能训练数据,以此推动跆拳道运动员科学化训练水平.
近年来,教育领域中逐渐加大了体智能培育的重视程度.对于4~6岁的幼儿来说,基本体操能在很大程度影响他们的身体素质发展,因此需要结合科学的实验模式,推动幼儿综合素养最大限度的提升,并使其疾病抵抗能力及外界适应能力得到显著提升.鉴于此,本文以4~6岁幼儿为对象,就基本体操对其身体素质发展的干预展开了研究.

文章应用网络分析,抽样测试法、问卷调研法、文献检索法、专家咨询法,对我国各省市现有群众体育服务网络网站进行调查梳理,深入研究分析其特点和存在的问题,以此为其点,分析研究建立专业的"社区,乡镇健身网络服务平台"的重要性,将群众体育活动纳入社区,乡镇网站式管理范畴,实现体育科学健身,使体质监测指标与锻炼效果评价相结合,指导群众活动的开展.
The mechanical properties of the elastic net of trampoline in international competition were analyzed in the present research.The load-displacement curves of different grids were obtained using the static loading test;and then the vertical stiffness coefficients of different grids and the corresponding dis-tribution equation of the quarter net were calculated.The equivalent elastic modulus were obtained using the inversion analyzing method by finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that for the whole net surface,the stiffness coefficient gradually decreased from the net frontier to middle area.The stress and displacement decreased from middle area to the boundary,and the stress concentration ap-peared on the surface edge.The calculated loading-displacement results fitted well with the obtained ex-perimental data.In conclusion,this paper provides a way for further analyzing the theory of bouncing and improving the technology of athletes.
With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, China's youth health problems have been widespread concerned, the ministry of education ministry organize the implementation of"Chinese Students' Physical and Health Survey" since 1979. It has undergone six national student physical health surveys from 1985 to 2010. According to the survey, China youth physique continued to decline. Survey shows that the physical fitness of Chinese youth continues to decline. In order to better understand the physical condition of young people, Shanxi Province Sports Bureau Research Institute from January 2014 to December 2013 in Taiyuan Province, Shanxi, Yuncheng, Datong City, a total of 14 primary and secondary school students in a total of 3240 students to carry out physical sampling test, among which there are 1510 boys and 1529 girls. Test students ranging in age from 10 to 18 years old, test items:height, weight, vital capacity and step test, sit body flexion, grip strength, standing long jump, a total of 7 items. Test and analysis results show that: first, height standard weight, obesity and low weight percentage are higher. Second, lung capacity level of body mass index (bmi): the failed ratings of three groups’ index of lung capacity weight percentage, both boys and girls, are obviously higher than good with proficiency. Even the rate of junior high school boys group is more than the pass. Third, grip strength index weight: the failed rate remains 10.3%, among which the high school boys group has got the highest level of failed rate that is 31.4%. Four, Standing long jump and sit and reach: failed rates were 29.7% and 14.7%respectively. Test data shows that: The physical conditions of students in Shanxi Province are not optimistic and the evaluation indexes of the failed rate were high, even far higher than the normal level.
The information sources are various, among these sources, image has become a more important one. Along with the increasingly appearing of digital images in information, how to process them has become an international research focus. The image processing include many steps such as image coding, image enhancing, image compressing, and image segmenting, etc. In recent years, scholars have given a lot of attention to the image segmenting. This paper briefly introduces the concept of SVM, regards the image segmenting as the pixel classifying, applies SVM into the image segmenting, which includes the sample selection and feature extraction, and carries out the training of SVM, and finally realizes the image segmenting based on SVM. The results show that SVM can segment the image target from background very well.
Taking the villagers from sixteen administrative villages in six cities and counties with different economic level in three parts of Shanxi province as study subjects,the paper does the survey and analysis of villagers' sport exercise conditions,physical and mental health conditions,sports fields and facilities and their sports autonomy,with the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and statistics.The study puts forward some basic countermeasures of solving practical problems in rural sports.

In order to improve sports athletes' health and physical fitness, combined with rehabilitation and physical training ideas and methods, a new training method of incorporating the sports training into physical rehabilitation training is widely adopted in China. Physical rehabilitation training has two major functions and values in sports training: the first is the combination of medical rehabilitation with physical training, which urges athletes to transit to the best physical state; the second is to fill gaps between coaches' work and doctor's work through the provision of professional physical rehabilitation services

In this paper,the wavelet Multi-Resolution Analysis(MRA) is applied to the spatial-frequency analysis of the distribution of the strain energy of a cantilever beam under the dead load.The simulation results illustrate that the position of the crack is located by the sudden change in the reconstruction coefficients of the high frequency component.Although both haar and db3 wavelet can be used for crack detection,the result indicated the haar wavelet is more suitable to discover the crack location comparing with db3 wavelet.
