Aiming at the influence of retail competition electricity market on forward contract market and wholesale pricing in China,retail electricity model and wholesale competition model are used to evaluate the impact degree.The results show that if pricing fluctuates sharply in short-term electricity market and forward contract exists competition,the retail competition might reduce the amount of forward contracts and rise wholesale pricing.
The low carbon development has become the needs of times and the desire to improve the quality of life.This paper proposes a development model of low-carbon power system in China.And then the specific implementation path of low carbon power system is discussed from the aspects of optimizing energy structure,enhancing the management of electricity coal transportation,developing energy saving transmission and distribution technologies,strengthening the demand side management,improving the mechanism of energy saving and emissions reduction.Finally,it gives the guarantee measures for development of low carbon power system in China.
Based on the Generalized Leontief function,the electricity pricing substitution elasticity model is established.And the substitution elasticity at various peak periods is calculated by using the historic data of consumers who are adopting peak valley time-of-use pricing.Then the relationship between substitution elasticity and the length of peak periods is analyzed.The results show that the substitution elasticity seems to be higher for short peak periods,which discloses the customer response of pricing;the substitution elasticity falls rather dramatically as the length of the peak period increases.The relativity between substitution elasticity and the length of peak period is also verified by an example.
Forecasting method of comprehensive program key indicators of general power enterprise has the problem,such as single prediction object and over-reliance on historical data.This paper analyzes the features and calculation method of power sales,line loss rate and purchased power,average power sales price,market share and gross profits,which are the six comprehensive program key indicators.Then,system dynamics method is used to build four prediction subsystem.Combined with the actual data of certain power company,it carries out simulation case through STELLA software.The results show that the system dynamics method is reasonable and effective,which can effectively reflect the company future operating conditions.
The mathematical model for the competition of wholesale market and retail market was constructed.The driving factors that enabled wholesale market generators to add generation capacity investment were analyzed and the model reflecting the influence of increasing real-time pricing consumer proportion on generation capacity investment was established.The accuracy and the validity of the model were verified by using example simulation.
The grounding alternation of the steel tower and the lightning fault in 220 kV Qiaochang transmission line is analyzed.After alternation,the calculated grounding resistance values are compared with the measured values.The result indicates that the altered effect is satisfactory.
