二层台排管手是在国外钻机排管手结构的基础上,结合国内油田钻机井架及实际钻井工况而研制的二层台排放管柱立根设备.介绍了二层台排管手的结构组成、技术参数、关键技术、型式试验和现场应用情况等.结合型式试验和现场应用情况表明,该二层台排管手结构合理、功能齐全、布局紧凑、维护方便,满足钻机管柱立根的排放和移运作业的需求,具有实际推广意义.

苏里格气田苏6区块属于低孔、低渗气藏,在开发过程中储层容易受到伤害,极大的影响了开发效果.以往的研究成果表明,苏6区块储层伤害主要为水锁伤害,因此,分析研究区储层特征,探讨并实践解除水锁的工艺技术方法,对后期提高采收率具有较为重要的作用.分析了苏6区块二叠系石盒子组8段储层特征,在实验室内进行了水锁伤害评价实验,分析束缚水饱和度、含水饱和度、自吸水量和驱替压力与水锁伤害的影响,并探讨了常用的水锁解除方法,为研究区储层保护提供技术指导.

At all oil production stations of Lukebi oil factory,the measurement of light oil total amount,total amount of single well and mixed wells,and the light oil quantity of single well are measured by the 40m3 oil tank scale.The method of oil tank scaling is low in the accuracy of measurement.According to the requirements of metrological law and fineness management,the adaptability test focuses on several measuring instruments in order to improve the measuring precision of oil production factory.Meanwhile,a large collection of foreign and domestic advance measuring equipment is introduced into our country,which changes the present state of measurement,and makes the measurement more accurate.
