东江干流惠州段上承河源、下启广州东莞,全长约175km,占东江干流总长的1/3。有包括香港、深圳供水的大小取水口数十个,日取水量一千余万吨,超过东江取水总量的一半。而惠州市是东江干流上唯一穿城而过的地级城市,城区排污状况直接影响到东江水质;其次,受纳深圳惠州负荷且为东江最大污染二级支流的淡水河经西枝江在惠州城区汇入东江干流,长期以来对该区饮用水安全产生重要影响;再者,近年来惠州一直保持15%以上的经济发展速度,产业集聚及人口聚集使区域水环境压力空前。因此,东江干流惠州段属极为典型的水质敏感区。
This investigation,which was supported by OCA and COC,is for introducing ACP into China and providing information for perfecting policies of athletes' retirement.541 active elite Chinese athletes,who participated in the 16th Asian Games,were involved.A modified structure questionnaire,based on the IOC athlete career program was used in data collection on basic information of participants profile,potential causation,awareness and difficulties of athletes' retirement.Frequency,logic transformation R×C cross table and Pearson's chi-square test were used in date description and analysis.The main findings of the investigation showed that potential causation of retirement were incompetent,injuries,new life plan,and family responsibilities in turn.Age would be the important potential factor of athlete's retirement.With respect to the awareness of retirement,it showed athletes with very high identity of athlete's roles,have confidence to deal with the challenges of retirement.However,the big problem was that the real ability of them for their career doesn't match their educational background.It also showed that there was no career training or career transition plan for active athletes.Athletes were willing to get career training,though.And there were significant differences between in different group of athletes with the different age,gender,educational background and experiences.
The measurement of sustainable development has always been an important subject.It is an important link between the theory of sustainable development and the practice of sustainable development.So far,many indicators of sustainable development have been put forward to measure sustainable development at home and abroad.In this paper,"Sustainable development indicators in your pocket 2009" and "Guide to sustainable community indicators" are introduced.Domestic established indicators systems and different integrated evaluate methodology are reviewed,suggeating a reference for decision-making of urban sustainable development.
Ecological footprint (EF) method is a new prevailing approach to evaluate the sustainable status of region development. The time series of ecological footprint (EF) per capita form 1997 to 2005 was calculated by using the statistical consumption data of resource and energy in Chongqing based on EF Method. Then, a multivariate linear regression model was established to analyze the driving effects of socio-economic system on EF per capita, regarding EF per capita ecological footprint as dependent variable and six correlative socio-economic indices as independent variables. The results showed that EF per capita almost increased from 1.124 4 hm2 to 1.490 3 hm2, while ecological capcity (EC) per capita decreased from 0.507 5 hm2 to 0.465 2 hm2 due to the occupation of cultivated land, which resulted the ecological deficit (ED) of local city increased annually. The driving model indicates that socioeconomic development is a strong driving force for regional EF per capita. Since Chonqing became the Municipality directly administered under Chinese central government in 1997, industrialization and urbanization process in this region have speed up and consumption level upgraded swiftly, the EF per capita increased correspondently; on the other hand, due to the fact that industry especially secondary industry’ structure is still on the process of restructure and re-adjustment, therefore, they failed to decrease regional EF effectively.
The roles of macrophyte in constructed wetland and the selection principles of macrophyte for constructed wetland were summarized,and the growth characteristics,acclimatization and function of four different plants in the constructed wetland treatment system were discussed.Subsurface flow constructed wetland(SFCW) and biological filter bed(BFB,one without plant as the control plot) used for treatment of polluted river water were analyzed.The results showed that in wetland gravel bed,C.flaccida and Vetiveria zizanioides grew very quickly and their removal efficiencies for pollutants were satisfactory.So they could be chosen as a fast start-up constructed wetlands system.Cyperus slternifolius grew quickly and its coverage was nearly 100%.Cyperus papyrus grew very slowly and could not acclimatize environment.At HRT of 13 h,the system operated steadily,the removal rates of CODMn,TP,TN and NH■■-N averaged 3.1%,2.0%,12.7% and 5.2% respectively by macrophyte.The removal efficiency of turbidity by macrophyte was not observed.With high resistance to shock loading,SFWC was capable of treating more pollutants at HRT of 13 h.
