According to the test items of code domain defined in TD-SCDMA terminal test specification, methods including measurement process and algorithm are described. Then, this paper focuses on the test methods and principles of the main transmitter and receiver parameters for TD-SCDMA. Finally an experiment is made on these test items in a simulative terminal test environment. The result indicates that the test procedure is good enough to satisfy the test requirements, and also proves the accuracy and reliability of the procedure.

Based on existing AMR codecs,a new technique named Source-Adaptive Adaptive Multi-Rate(SA-AMR) is introduced to improve system capacity in this paper.It briefly describes the SA-AMR speech coding and decoding principle and analyses the improvement of using this technique.And performance analysis comparison is described between SA-AMR and AMR.Finally,the result is presented that SA-AMR codec,with variable code rate and mode,seems to have better overall performance than the AMR codec and can be used to improve speech quality and transmission robustness.
Grid is a new distributed computing technology which constructs on Intranet and can fully use various computing resource.Based on analyzing spatial information characteristics including multi-scale,uncertainty,fractal and domain background feature,the influences of the spatial information features on grid result are discussed;and a type of system structure of information grid which holds the characteristics of spatial information is put forward.In order to resolve the sharing problem of spatial information based on semantics,a design scheme about grid semantic conversion and reasoning mode based on spatial information characteristics is presented,which can settle the problem of integration and interoperation of spatial information based on grid service to some extent and finally promote the socialization progress of spatial information.
