In the paper,we introduce an encrypted computer communication system based on secure FTP.The sys- tem transfer confidential information instead of plaintext,which provides secrecy and authentication.

The frame structure of enterprise instant messenger and its’security leak are deeply analyzed and intro- duced in this article.Every module of EIM is designed to improve its’security.Several kinds of network security tech- nologies are used,such as,identity authentication,information encryption,virus scan,and so on.

RC5 and RC6 both are secure,simple and efficient block cipher.More,parameters can be set neatly.The paper introduces encryption and decryption of RC5/6-w/r/b in detail.The paper also analyses and compares crypto- gram characteristic of RC5 and RC6.

In the paper,we analyze coding characteristic of Chinese characters and other characters,then we design an encryption scheme based on random number provided by VB.NET and xor operation.Also,we implement it by VB.NET. Finally,we analyze security of the encryption algorithm and give further improvements.

对数字图书馆的特点、组成及技术基础等几个方面的内容作了概述,并简要介绍了国内外几所大学电子图书馆发展状况,最后对我校图书馆数字化建设的现状及前景作了进一步的论述.
