Based on the typical risk evaluation flow,this paper advances an effective design project of risk evaluation.In the project,based on the points of risk evaluation as many elements,complex process,difficult implementation and so on,design an ample content information database,include the class and grade information of asset,threat and vulnerability,these can help user to identify and evaluate elements effectively.The project can provide control measures for identified threats,finally,according to the matrix measure,compute the risk value,make user realize the security status of information system clearly and adopt effective control measures.
Firstly, two kinds of modes of information security risk assessment in the enterprises named self-assessment and other-assessm ent are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages being pointed out. Then the assessment factors and principles of self-assessment are discussed. Finally , an implementation procedure for self-assessment of enterprises is designed, and each link of this procedure is carried on comparatively deep analysis, at the sa me time, this procedure is appraised.

1 休克的历史 古希腊医学上称为“假死”,我国医学称为“厥症”[1,2]即“休克”。人类研究休克已有2000年。Astley cooper在他的《战伤评述》中写道:许多战士并无大量失血,无严重创伤,剧痛,但却仍然死去。当时提出了“休克”这一概念[3]。200年来历经四个时期。 1.1 损伤与震荡学说休克是多种因素引起机体组织、器官,神经的剧裂震荡,病情恶化,丧失知觉,是“死亡过程的暂时间歇”(1743年Henri FranCais Le Drans提出)。
重型肝炎(SVH)是病毒性肝炎中最危重的一个临床类型,目前,国内外病死率仍高达60~90%。本文介绍该院自1985年以来,在血液流变学理论与实践的启迪下,在综合疗法的基础上应用胰高血糖素、胰岛素的同时,加用肝素疗法(简称G-I-H疗法)。对53例病毒性重型肝炎进行治疗,并以随机的方法设46例SVH为对照组(本组只用综合疗法),两组 99例SVH病例均符合 1984年南宁会议与 1990年上海会议规定的诊断标准。
