The paper focused on how to evaluate the automobile logistics provider service capability.Firstly it systematically defined the service capability framework including relation coordination capability,logistics operation capability,information capability,customer service cost,customer service quality and development capability.According to matter element's extension theory and TOPSIS thought,the paper defined the concept of ideal and negative ideal fuzzy matter element.Using synthetic weights that include both subjective preference and objective information,ideal fuzzy matter element method was presented and relative correlative degree was used to evaluate finished vehicle logistics provider' service capability.Finally,the model was tested and verified by a numerical example.Computation result showed that the rank and difference of vehicle logistics providers service capability could be gained by using the model.
This paper sets up the model of relationship among governance mechanism,governance capability and governance performance in logistics public information platform,and examined the model with structure equation modeling.The results show that formal contract,which has no influence on integration capability,does directly impact on coordination capability and integrate capability.There are positive correlations between the informal relationship and the three dimensions of governance capability.There are positive correlations between the three dimensions of governance capability and governance performance.
This paper analyzed the trust problem of logistics public information platform through direct reputation and indirect reputation.A trust model based on reputation was developed by introducing an incentive factor.The model was verified through a case study.Results showed that the trust model was effective and the incentive factor encouraged the platform entity to provide veracious exchange information.
本文研究基于电子商务平台的整车物流定价策略的选择问题。论文围绕整车物流的特点,通过与传统合同物流的比较,分析了电子商务对物流价格的影响,阐述了电子商务能够增加物流信息的透明度,降低物流采购成本。本文重点分析了电子商务平台下的整车物流的定价方法,并结合行业特点提出了电子商务平台下的整车物流定价策略。
By inducing the typical inventory control problem - the bullwhip effect, this paper presents vendor managed inventory (VMI) control methods on the basis of traditional methods of inventory management methods, constructs a VMI mathematics model, and analyzes the influence of VMI on inventory cost and channel profit. Finally, a special case is studied to verify that VMI is an effective supply chain strategy that can not only increase channel profit of supplier and customer but also improve full channel coordination, thereby reducing the bullwhip effect.
基于供应链网状结构模型,提出了该模型的多级库存控制问题.引入前置时间和订单执行率等参量,分析了供应链上各节点企业发生的订货费、存贮费和运输费.在假定需求函数和前置时间函数是随机分布的前提下,研究了在保证供应链上各企业一定订单执行率的条件下,确定最佳订货批量和订货临界点的方法,使供应链上总的库存费用最低;并以三级库存模型为例,给出了一种验证模型的方法.该模型能完整地表示多级库存系统中各实体之间的活动和相互关系,有效降低供应链上的库存成本,增强供应链的协调性.
