Predicting protein-protein interaction is one of challenges in bioinformatics. Most of existing approaches are based on single biological data. So the result may be not accurate. This paper develops a novel method to predict protein-protein interaction by integrating protein sequence, structure and PPI data. The experimental results demonstrate that our method outperforms existing approach.
Aiming at problem of long time of target tracking and localization and high energy consumption of mobile sink node,WSNs target tracking algorithm based on probability threshold communication perception is proposed. Adopt discrete data transmission mode,and define probability threshold of target information transmission to determine whether transmit current location information of node from sensor nodes to sink node or not. If current position information is not transmitted to the Sink node,the recent notification of target positioning information is used. Then the related wireless sensor nodes around the target are opened,through this way the amount of data transmission is reduced,and sufficient positioning precision is maintained. The simulation results show that,the method can reduce data transmission quantity about 87%,compared with the forecast tracking algorithm,and reduce the tracking time about 33. 7%,compared with the dynamic target tracking algorithm.

Driven by the technology, service and user demand, the mobile internet has enjoyed rapid development in recent years. However, the mobile internet industry of China is still at the initial stage with its form and pattern remains unclear. Based on the development of mobile internet, an overview of the network security problems at current stage was presented, the threats facing mobile internet network were introduced and the relevant ideas and proposals on the security protection were raised.
A tree sparsity mode1 based image compressed sensing(CS)algorithm was proposed to efficiently explore the correlation in visua1 sensor networks(VSN)data. Based on the analysis of wavelet sparsity,a tree sparsity mode1 for VSN image was established and a new CS recovery algorithm for this mode1 was proposed. Analysis and experimenta1 results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the measurement for the accurate recovery,and subsequently 1ower energy consumption of data traffic in VSN.
分析目前高职院校缺乏信息素养教育的现状,提出可行性对策,特别针对目前基于工作过程的课程体系改革,以ERP工程师的工作过程为例,对学习领域和岗位技能进行分析,在此基础上提出穿插其中的信息素养教育实施方案,达到提升学生信息素养的目的。
In existing research,information theoretical and cryptographic approaches are two main methods adapted to achieve secure network coding to protect against wiretapping.This paper surveyed the existing research works about secure network coding against wiretapping from two aspects according to different approaches.Furthermore,it made analysis and comparison of different methods for achieving secure network coding from three perspectives,and presented their strengths and weaknesses.
In recent years,the Android system developed rapidly.It has become the leader of the smart phone operating system.The research of Android security mechanisms is significant.This article briefly describes the security mechanisms of the Android system,and then introduces the principle of Android privilege escalation attacks,then give two methods——vulnerability detection before the application installed and IPC monitoring on runtime,to improve the capacity of preventing Android privilege escalation attacks.
For quickly searching out service composition schema matching user's preferences as good as possible,in all service composition meeting requirements of users,this paper proposed an approach of selecting service composition schema based on multi-attribute group decision theory.First,calculated distance between sub-service and user's preference with matching rules,and then,selected service to combine in a sequence,subsequently,produced set of service compositions.In the approach,user's multi-preference regard as decision maker,consequently,all the service compositions could be sorted by multi-attribute group decision theory,consequently,obtained the best service composition.Experiment results show that this method can work out good solution with less running time,and confirm the feasibility and validity of the method.
The speed and stability of numerical simulation methods in cloth simulation is the bottlenecks problem.This paper presented a novel adaptive implicit-explicit(IMEX) scheme,locally in both space and time.This scheme which took advantage of simulation parameters,applied a local stability criterion to decide the IMEX splitting during the simulation adaptively.Then the simulation could be solved more efficiently and in parallel.In addition,introduced a fast iteration method to instead of the modified preconditioned conjugate gradient for linear equations characteristics.It further directly improved the efficiency of the computation at each time step.Experimental results show that the algorithm has approximate linear computational complexity and in parallel,gives a stable vision effect.
SCTP(Stream Control Transport Protocol) is a latest transport protocol,which is mainly used to transport PSTN coder over IP network.The performance of SCTP,TCP and UDP are compared in generic network.The discoveries suggest that transport performance of SCTP is greatly inferior to both TCP and UDP.The relation between the number of SCTP streams and transport performance of SCTP is discussed and the experiment indicates that they may have correlation.Based on experimental data,possible reasons of bad performance of SCTP are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are presented.
Location-based services means that the mobile terminals use all sorts of positioning technology for the current position information,then transfer these information to service providers through the wireless communication,and service provider provides the personalized service according to the users' location information and context information.This paper classified the location-based services according to different aspects of service,then analyzed the key technologies,including the positioning technologies,information transmission technologies and the position indexing technologies,then summarized the typical application of service based on position information,and finally pointed out the existing problems.
Since the state council issued the Regulations on the Commercial Passwords in 1990,the KASUMI algorithm is forbidden to use commercially in China,so the China mobile phone is limited in other country.The paper discusses the possibility of using commercial code algorithm SMS4 as f8 core algorithm according to the solutions of special algorithm used in China and international standard algorithm.We also analyses the security performance and the realization efficiency of SMS4 as the f8 core algorithm by experiment.
According to the features of fabric pattern designed and the Hanming weight of visual cryptography,this paper presented a new fabric's authentication scheme based on the visual cryptography.It relied on the platform of primary and se-condary pattern,which integrated into the signature,timeliness,visual cryptography etc.Experiments show that,the scheme solves the copyright problem of fabirc,enhances the validation of image content features,and improves the ability of SPA.
In this paper, we introduce a novel method to display a famous Chinese ancient painting for the purpose of cultural heritage preservation. In order to animate the painting, some objects are extracted from the repainted painting and redrawn with three dimensional figures. Consequently the computer animation and Image-based rendering techniques are used to drive these objects animated. Furthermore, the users can interact with displayed painting, they can wave their hand to the virtual avatars in the ancient painting, and can get interactive responses. In addition, the avatars can be customized with the new algorithm we developed. In our algorithm, only one photo is required, and it can be captured on site. After the capturing, the 3D virtual character, or we called avatars, are created and integrated in the virtual environment.
The On-line Expo is one of the highlights of Shanghai Expo in 2010. It presents the content of real Expo in 3D forms with the help of Internet, multimedia and virtual reality, constructing a virtual environment or platform between visitors and Expo, allowing people to access the on-line Expo in anytime anywhere. In this paper, we first discuss the architecture of the on-line Expo, and then describe the design and implementation of avatar customization. With this method, the system can create the 3D face for avatars based on the input of one front picture of the user without any interaction.
The emergence of service-oriented architecture provides a solution for distributed applications enterprise.How to quickly find the concrete service or the composition solution is the burning issue.According to the input and output of Abstract service and some function properties,the process work of the Abstract service composition was constructed,and then proposed an approach of solving for service composition program,which based on semantic Web service and figure planning,in order to refine the Abstract service.In the refinement process,Web services were mapped to the formal description of the action plan,reasoning out the Web service composition programs.It made full use of service similarity to choose concrete service and program optimized.At last,the simulation experiments show the effectiveness of the method.
Nowadays the research on user model built in digital library for personalization service is lack of the collection of user context information. The paper analyses the Contextualized Attention Metadata(CAM), and constructs a CAM template to collect the user behavior context information. Depending on the information, a semantic context model of digital library is dynamically built.
Since the mid of the 80's the cloth animation has attracted more and more attention in computer graphics. Cloth animations are now expected in films, games and virtual reality. In the simulation of flexible cloth models, solving a stiff differential equation is crucial. Therefore some methods have been proposed in computer animation, to build a fast and correct integration method for that task. The simple explicit schemes, though requiring considerably less work per step, are too unstable to satisfy the real-time effect demands for cloth simulation with stiff characteristics. The implicit method is of great stability, but it does not integrate the nonlinear term and is too complex that the results and the real-time efficiency are unsatisfactory. A novel adaptive implicit-explicit scheme is presented to solve the arising differential equations. Considering the nonlinear characteristics of the deformation about a particle system, the forces acting on a particle are split into a linear stiff part and a non-linear non-stiff part. Our techniques take advantage of simulation parameters, locally in both space and time, to minimize the coupling of the system. The linear part is treated implicitly, while the non-linear part is treated explicitly, therefore this scheme further improves the efficiency of the computation at each time step. Meanwhile the number of the nonzero blocks in the sparse structure of the coefficient matrix are reduced by exploiting the physical model, as well as the static constraints in the system. This peculiarity further speed-ups the simulation. Consequently, higher accuracy, leading to fast and stable animation with higher quality, will be achieved.
From component perspective, combined with the technology of agent, this paper presented an component model called E-BDI, which was able to adapt itself to the requirements’ and runtime environment’s variability. Based on the higher-order polytypic π-calculus theory, through the way of extended the existing researching achievement D-ADL, it presented an architecture description language SOS-ADL which could descript the self-adaptive component’s dynamic behavior from the runtime perspective. To reach the goal of self-adaptive software’s implement, depicied the self-adaptive component of E-BDI structure was formally with SOS-ADL, which could deduce itself behavior according to the variability of the environment and the requirement. At last, illustrated the software oriented self-adaptive architecture description language’s application through a case.
