This paper tries to interpret the modernization of Wushu Association China and its successful experiences in management.Literature search concludes that Wushu Association China has undergone three stages of development corresponding to Xinhai Revolution,the Northern Expedition and the War of Liberation respectively: Stage One(1918-1928) when the Association was founded and then came to a standstill;Stage Two(1918-1928) when it was resumed and then came to a halt again;Stage Three(1946-present) when it was refounded and has continued till present.Also,there is another interesting phenomenon that catches my attention.Wushu Association China has frequent interactions with the government,social elites and citizens.Efforts that the Association made to transform Wushu into a modern sport and to increase its popularity explains its prosperity.On the other hand,the organizednessof the Association wins it the support of politicians,merchants and scholars,and brings benefit to society.The understanding of these historical facts can benefit to a great extent the modernization of Wushu and the operation of Wushu organizations.

The spirit of Chinese martial arts,as an excellent traditional culture of China has a long history and rich cultural heritage.It has been deeply in people's moral values and it's still necessary to flourish in the socialist moral construction with the changing times.It will be the perspective of modern intellectuals that in the spirit of Wu & Xia and the martial arts which hosted by the expression of social responsibility and cultural information,then push the enlightenment of heritage of the martial arts' spirit under the great view of contemporary martial arts.
