Based on MAPGIS and the agricultural land classification achievement,using modeling and system analysis method,this paper has studied the farming synthesis productivity assessment method,and taking the practical capacity as the background,using productivity and nature productivity as anticipated,surveyed the realistic potential productivity and theoretical potential productivity,and got the land production ability and potential distribution.At last,taking Fufeng County as an example,the author proposed its suggestions of farming synthesis productivity protection and improvement measures.
在以城带、统筹城乡经济社会发展的新形势下,如何更好地破解"三农"难题,建设、管理好新农村,是我们必须关注,思考的一个话题,面对农村人口越来越少、"空心村"现象日益严重的局面、不少地方实行村庄合并的措施与政策.本文以宝鸡市金台区为例,探索新农村建设中村庄合并规划的思路,并提出村庄合并规划中应注意的问题,为新农村建设提供建议.
Taken the Panlong town in Jintai District of Baoji City for example,This paper aims at appraising intensive land use of it's country residential areas: first,establish indictors system of intensive land use for country residential areas,then use AHP and Delphi methods to make weights of indictors,calculate integrated intensity scores by synthetical value-limit adjustive model(SV-LAM),and analysis the evaluation results,finally,give some advise of intensive land use.
The purpose of the study was to set up a calculation technique system of basic farmland protection area based on agricultural land throughput.The method of comprehensive analysis was inquisition statistics and synthesized analysis.The research result was from the geography theory productivity,productivity and actual productivity science,which can be fixed on the theory area,objective area and actual area of basic farmland under a certain district,a certain population and society.The conclusion of the study was the different layers of basic farmland protection area were fixed and a science basis for a region development strategy-and overall plan-drawing up of land utilization was poffered throughout calculating agricultural production of different levels which was based on Agricultural Land Classification result.
