为保护水下焊接人员的人身安全, 提高焊接电源通断相应时间, 设计开发了一种水下湿法焊接远程遥控装置, 该装置由水下开关组件、水密通讯电缆、陆上控制组件与信号输出插头等构成, 可以实现由潜水员在水下自主操作焊接电源的通断, 最大限度地缩短响应时间.实际应用结果表明, 与传统的大功率闸刀相比, 水下湿法焊接远程遥控装置的指令响应速度由2~4 s缩短到0.2 s以内, 焊接过程中没有出现麻电现象和拉弧现象, 为水下作业提供安全保障和便利.
The experiment course of stud welding in the sea was briefly introduced,the welding strength of studs was tested after welding,and the simulated repairing test for the damaged vessels was done with the stud welding method.The results show that stud welding can be carried out in the sea,the welding quality is reliable,and this method can be used to repair the damaged ships.Simultaneously,the diver should use the full-covered diving apparels to protect himself during underwater stud welding.
1.概述 在沉船打捞及海难救助等水下工程作业中,水下切割技术经常被用于水下救助、切割除障、船体开孔以及附属构件的去除等,如美国"墨西哥湾"漏油堵漏工程及我国的"阿波丸"号沉船打捞工程.而在水下切割技术中,使用最为广泛的便是水下电-氧切割技术,该技术是打捞潜水作业人员必需掌握的水下作业技能之一.在"阿波丸"号沉船打捞工程中,运用水下电-氧切割技术切割船体的总长度超过2 400m,消耗氧气超过2 600多瓶.
According to uncertainty and nonlinear characteristic of missile servo system,a sensor fault diagnosis proposal for a class of nonlinear system is presented.The studied uncertain nonlinear system is with unknown input disturbance.First,a controller is designed based on sliding mode variable structure theory.A design of state observation also based on sliding mode variable structure theory but by use of a specific equivalent control methodology follows.Then,by means of adaptive method,the fault identification which can restructure the faults is studied.The results of some numerical simulations on an artillery position servo system verify the validity of the proposed approaches.
