文章通过从2005～2014年本文通过对2005～2014年经济金融数据挖掘,以安徽社会融资规模为研究对象,从总量与结构两个层面分析探索安徽省融资结构和经济发展,得出二者处在总量、增速和相关性方面有着密切的联系,且保持着相当的一致性,说明安徽省社会融资规模可以作为安徽省经济增长的一个中间衡量指标.

In this paper, we developed a new multi-objective mathematical model for the bidirectional distribution scheduling problem with time window, proposed a discrete glowworm swarm optimization and the relevant coding strategy, and further redefined the formula of the crossover, mutation and movement of the individuals. Meanwhile, according to the logical distance between the individual glowworm swarm optimization, we established the neighborhood set to improve the local search ability of the algorithm. Next we introduced the optimal historical memory function of the individuals to accelerate convergence. At the end, we used the random number and the remainder function to protect the individual codes from interference and prevent local convergence and demonstrated the validity of the algorithm through a simulated case study.

我国稀土资源出口体制正处于改革过程中，但是还没有找到一种即符合我国国情又能提高我国在稀土资源国际定价权的政策。因此，基于博弈论软政策约束理论，结合我国稀土资源出口限制政策的选择，发现我国稀土企业具有软政策约束，即规制机构制定的政策一直被稀土资源企业所约束。

针对稀土产业可持续发展,提出了一种新的评价模型.该模型的不同在于首先采用模糊C均值聚类算法对数据进行预处理,然后再基于粗糙集的属性约简以及属性重要度思想,做出改进,对现有指标进行精简并确定约简后各指标的权重,从而形成综合测评.最后还通过包头市高新区的稀土产业进行了实证研究,说明了该评估模型优于现有评价方法避免了主观性,同时相比原始粗糙集方法,进一步简化了评估过程,提高了工作效率,具有一定的理论意义与实践意义.

Technical innovation is the only way to transcend the law of diminishing marginal benefits of economic growth and social progress This article uses statistical data of the backbone enterprises about Anhui province in 2004-2010 to further identify the gaps between Anhui Province and the more developed provinces in East China in enterprises technical innovation group constructing.Four second class indexes and twenty-five third class indexes will be analyzed in static and dynamic style in this article about the enterprise technological innovation personnel composition and the social science and technology innovation investment and the enterprise technological innovation investment and the technology innovation outcome etc.,by constructing synthesis evaluated system to evaluate the backbone enterprises and using Principal Component Analysis.And the constructive level of backbone enterprises' technical innovation talent group in all provinces in eastern China will be evaluated to see clearly the constructive level and status of backbone enterprises' technical innovation talent group in Anhui Province for finding out the countermeasure and suggestions about improving the construction of technical innovation talent group.

As a vital component in the regional innovation system, Engineering Research Center (ERC)plays an important role in prompting integration between science&technology and economics. This paper evaluates the performance of input-output efficiency of ERC based on the BCC model. According to the conclusions, this paper proposes related policies to promote the sustainable development of ERC.

Bank plays a leading role in the national economy and the financial operation,which is the core and backbone of the modern financial services.The development of the banking sector in Anhui is not only the objective require of accelerating the economic growth and optimizing the economic layout,but the strong support of adjusting the industrial structure and promoting the shift of development mode.This paper analyzes the present situation that the banking industry in Anhui faces,and summarizes the status quo of the banking services for local economic development.Through the horizontal contrast,the inadequacies in this respect in Anhui Province are found.Therefore,the banking sector in Anhui should intensify the support for the economic development,promote the construction of the Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone for the City-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui,adjust the credit structure to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,improve the innovation of the banking service products,and promote the coordinated development of regional economy.

Small-micro enterprise is the important foundation of national economic and social development.Healthy development of Small-micro enterprise plays the strategic importance on China′s economy to overcome the impact of international macrofactors and maintain steady and rapid development,absorbing employment,safeguarding social stability.Survival and development of Small-micro enterprise which is facing with rising operating costs,reduced orders,capital chain tension,difficult financing and other problems is still difficult currently.The serious trouble on survival and development of Small-micro enterprise has its own reasons,also because of objective reasons such as the European debt crisis and the lack of surpport of policies and systems.In view of the irreplaceable role of Small-micro enterprise on absorbing employment,promoting economic development,promoting entrepreneurship,innovation and other aspects,It is necessary to draw on the experience of the United States,Japan and other developed countries to further increase support for Small-micro enterprise,and promote the healthy development of Small-micro enterprise.

The article empirically analyzes the specific impact of technological innovation on brand value based on the relevant data of World Brand Laboratory and the "National Statistics Yearbook".Firstly,it uses the Factor Analysis model to calculate the technological innovation score and then uses SPSS software to a Linear Regression analysis for technology innovation score and brand value.The results show a significant positive correlation between technological innovation and brand value,and technological innovation has geographically different impact on brand value.According to the results,it presents further discussions and relevant policy advice.

本文以金融发展对安徽产业结构优化的作用为研究目的,基于多变量的VAR(向量自回归模型),利用安徽省1978-2009年的相关数据,运用单位根检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验和VECM(向量误差修正模型)等方法对安徽省金融发展对产业结构升级的作用机理进行了研究分析。VAR实证检验得出产业结构调整和升级不仅对货币需求拉动作用比较显著,而且对直接融资(股票市场)和间接融资(信贷市场)均为正向的影响。格兰杰因果检验得出产业结构的优化程度与股票市场融资率互为因果关系。文章在此基础上,结合安徽经济发展的省情,提出相关的政策建议。
