Based on Senegal Airport Expressway Project, this paper studies the construction technology, common quality problems and preventive measures of sandy soil subgrade in arid areas of Africa, and summarizes the construction difficulties and solutions of similar projects. Construction of sandy soil subgrade is more difficult than that of general soil subgrade. Construction technology and method should be strictly controlled. During the construction process, it is necessary to grasp the sprinkler quantity and method and control the rolling construction so that the construction quality can meet the requirements.

Flood protection embankment is very important for safe operation of powerhouse. The design of the flood protection embankment must ensure that the flood control and protection function can be exerted during the construction period of the project and the operation period of the power station. This paper describes the calculation scheme and calculation results of the flood protection embankment in the plant area of Gabon Bubaha Hydropower Station, and summarizes the design experience of the flood protection embankment under the corresponding conditions. The operation practice of the power plant shows that the design of the flood protection embankment in the plant area is scientific and effective during the construction period of the project.

本文对非洲中部国家喀麦隆共和国隆潘卡尔水电工程建设中不掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土设计和施工进行总结,为海外类似工程提供借鉴.
在塞内加尔机场高速公路PK25+900—PK26+030段路基施工过程中,发现多处可见地下空洞,这些自然空洞影响了数米厚的红土砾石料路基.根据现场分析,路基下方也有可能存在未被发现的空洞,可能对高速公路的稳定性构成威胁,因此准确地确定空洞的位置及空间展布,研究其结构特征,制定经济适用的处理方案,是项目迫切需要解决的问题.为此,项目部邀请了所在国专业实验室采用电磁和雷达探测手段进行了物探研究与论证,确定了经济合理的处理方案.最终问题得到快速妥善解决,并未影响到关键线路,项目施工得以顺利实施.
在刚果(金)勘察测量中遇到了与国内不同的问题,针对实际情况制定了相应的测量方案和方法.文章对在国外相似环境中的测量工作有一定借鉴意义.
例举小湾水电站边坡开挖不同部位采取的梯段爆坡、预裂爆破,证明爆破效果的提高有赖于造孔质量的不断改进,爆破技术的不断完善以及爆破器材的日益发展。
The effect of blasting excavation on underground powerhouse rock anchor beam structure(including latest placed concrete,latest grouted anchor rod,vertical rock face,etc) is tested and studied.Monitoring through blasting particle vibration and data analysis are done to provide data for blasting vibration control,verify design and guide construction,which may be referred to by studies on how to monitor and control the effect of blasting excavation on high slope concrete,anchor rod,anchor cable and shotcrete layer.
褐飞虱在桐城市演变可划分为3个阶段:1971年以前,1972~1982年,1983年至今;灯下迁入期、迁入量、大发生频率、主害代别等在1977~1983年、1984~1991年、1999~2003年均有所不同;20世纪80年代以前六(4)代为主害代,80年代后发生为害盛期提前,五(3)代为主害代;褐飞虱短翅型成虫单季稻田初见期在7月下旬至8月上旬,双晚稻田初见期在8月中下旬至9月上旬;影响褐飞虱发生的主要因素有气象、耕作制度、药剂、迁入量等,品种、天敌对发生量也有一定影响.
