为了探讨腹部脉动磁场治疗对胃泌素分泌的影响,应用放射免疫法测定了一组健康人磁疗前后血清胃泌素的含量,结果显示腹部脉动磁场治疗1次后血平均胃泌素浓度较磁疗前略微升高,但其差异并无统计意义(P>0.05).初步表明脉动磁场(2×2mT)上腹部治疗1次(15min)并不能显著影响血胃泌素的浓度.
Objective To study the possible role of histamine in the up-regulation of fibrinolytic system(FS) activated by full-spectrum ultraviolet(UV) irradiation. Methods Fourteen normal healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups.The dogs in the UV group ( n =5) were treated by single 20 cm×20 cm, 447.72 mJ/cm 2 full spectrum UV irradiation on the thoracoabdominal skins, while those in the UV+bufrolin group ( n =5) was administered, by means of iontophresis, with bufrolin into the local skin to be irradiated immediately before UV irradiation, and those in the control group( n =4) got neither UV irradiation nor bufrolin treatment. The histamine concentration in the UV irradiated skin and plasminogen activator(PA) activity in plasma were tested dynamically during 48 h postirradiation . Results The plasma PA activity in the UV group was significantly increased at 3 h postirradiation( P 0.01),with its peak at 9 h after irradiation; histamine levels in suction blisters markedly increased at 9 h postirradiation( P 0.01), with its peak at 15 h after irradiation, and no significant relationship between the histamine level and PA activity was noted( P 0.05). In the UV+bufrolin group, the timedependent changes of plasma PA activity had the same characteristic as that in the UV group( P 0.05), although histamine level was not significantly changed because of bufrolin administration before the UV irradiation. Conclusion Histamine might not be invovled in the up-regulation of fibrinolytic activity caused by full spectrum UV irradiation.
腰肌劳损是临床上常见的软组织损伤,如治疗不及时,常转为慢性,严重影响患者的身心健康,目前临床上除局部封闭和推拿治疗外,尚无其他有效方法,而且封闭有一定痛苦,病人不愿意接受,推拿疗效有效率肯定,常需要有推拿师来完成.自2000年5月开始,我们采用蜡疗法治疗52例腰肌劳损疗效满意,报告如下. 1对象与方法 本组52例,全部有腰肌劳损史,均经腰部X线及骨科有经验的医生确诊的本院门诊病例,其中男32例,女20例,年龄27~50岁,平均年龄38岁,临床表现均以腰肌疼痛为主,出现阵发性剧痛,甚至局部伴有撕裂感、咳嗽、打喷嚏或作腰部活动时加重,检查时腰部僵硬,伴疼痛,X线查,均末见腰椎及椎关节无变化,本组病例,单侧腰肌疼痛10例,双侧腰肌疼痛42例,能够站立行走者15例,不能够站立行走者37例,病程2d~1周,均为急性期.
Objective To observe the effecs of Midle Frequency Electrical Therapy on CVDI and ADL of patients with Binswnger' sdisease. Method 53 cases with Binswanger' s disease were tested by the cerebral hemodynamic instrument (cv - 300, produced in shanghai,China) and measured with activities of daily living (ADL), Bathel index, before and after MFET separately. Result There were increases ofcerebral blood flow and decreases both in peripheral and dynamic resistance. At the same time, there was the improvement of activities of dailyliving among Binswanger' s patients. Conclusion MFET can improve the mean quantity of cerebral blood flow, micro - circulation of brain,function of cerebral vascular regulation and the activities of daily living of Binswanger' s patients.
Objective To explore millimeter wave effects on the visual electrophysiological function, and to offer the experimental basis for determining of damaging threshold of millimeter wave radiation. Method 18 New Zealand rabbits were equally divided into 3groups according to the different radiated dosage. We used 35GHz millimeter wave to radiate the raddit's eyes for 1 hour. The power densities were 35mW/cm2. The visual electrophysiological functions were tested before and after radiation at various times. Result The results showed that after radiation with power density of 35mW/em2 immediately, the ampitude of b wave in flicker electroretinogram(F-ERG) was decreased and recovered the next day. With the power density of 10mW/cm2, the F-ERG was normal, but the chronaxy of P wave in flickervisual evoled potential(F-VEP) was restored after radiation at 24 hours, and recovered at 48 hours after radiation which prompted that theretinal neuron exitabities was inhibited by millimeter wave radiation with major power densities, and the neuronal exitabities in visual center was enhanced by radiation with minor power densities. These changes were all reversible. Conclusion We concluded that millimetre wave radiations not only have direct effects on cornea but also have indirect effects on retinas and visual centers.
目的探讨电磁式冲击波结合高频电流对兔骨不连的治疗作用 . 方法手术造成并经 X线检查证实的兔左右胫骨骨不连模型 , 随机分成 a、 b两组 , a组左侧为冲击波治疗组 , 右侧作空白对照组 ; b组左侧为冲击波结合高频电流治疗组 ; 右侧作对照组 ,只进行高频电流治疗 . 治疗后 2、 6、 12周进行 X线和组织学检查 , 观察治疗前后骨不连处的变化 . 结果 12周后 a组左侧胫骨不连基本痊愈 ; b组左侧胫骨全部痊愈 , b组左侧较 a组左侧愈合早 , a、 b组右侧均为骨不连接 . 结论冲击波能够刺激骨痂形成 , 高频电流能增强血液供应 , 两者结合能促进骨折愈合 , 有望成为一种非手术促进骨不连康复的新方法 .
