目的观察三维适形放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗转移性骨肿瘤的疗效与安全性。方法将48例转移性骨肿瘤患者分成两组,联合组给予三维适形放疗+复方苦参注射液静滴,放疗组给予单纯三维适形放疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛缓解、生活质量改善及免疫功能变化情况。结果联合组疼痛缓解总有效率为80.8%,生活质量改善有效率为92.3%;放疗组分别为68.2%、77.3%,两组比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。放疗组白细胞明显减少,与联合组比较有统计学差异;联合组NK细胞活性增高,CD4/CD8升高,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合复方苦参注射液可明显缓解转移性骨肿瘤引起的疼痛,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,减少放疗相关性白细胞减少的发生率,提高机体免疫功能。

Object To observe the in vitro effect of Yisheng Yin-contained serum on human lung cancer cell line A549.Method Using seropharmocologic method of Chinese medicine and MTT assay to observe the effect of different concentrations of serum containing Yisheng Yin.Results The inhibition rates of the three different concentrations groups were 41.18%,33.16%,and 25.67%,and the inhibition rates of the large dose group is the highest.Conclusion Yisheng Yin-contained serum could inhibit the in vitro proliferation of human lung cancer cell A 549.
Objective To investigate the effect of Duoluoqingtai Granula (DLQTG) on gene expression in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (SMMC-7721). Methods Effect of DLQTG on the growth of mice-transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma was studied in vivo and on the expression of signal transduction genes of SMMC-7721 cell line with serum pharmacology and microarray. Results DLQTG was observed to significantly affect the growth of mice-transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma with inhibition rate from 63% to 67.8%, and the expression of signal transduction genes in 68 of 99 genes detected with up-regulation of 42 genes and down-regulation of 36 genes. There was obvious difference in the expression of signal transduction genes in SMMC-7721 cell line between low and high dosage of DLQTG-treated group. Conclusion DLQTG can be used to inhibit the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma and to affect the expression of signal transduction genes in human hepatocellular carcinoma significantly.
Objective To investigate the anti-cancer molecular mechanism of Pingxiao capsule,and discovery the molecular target through MTT and gene chip experiments in vitro.Methods Different density of Pingxiao capsule were cultivated with human breast carcinoma cell line MCF-7,and then detect the inhibitory action of breast cancer cell with MTT methods,and gene expression changes of signal transduction was detect with gene chips techonogy.Results The breast cencer cell inhibition rates of the three different drug concentration(5%,10% and 15%) were(28.2%),29.16% and 31.12%,respectively.The numbers of the down-regulated signal transductive genes were 34 different kinds and 22 kinds of up-regulated gene were detected.Conclusion The different density groups all appear to have inhibition rate to human breast cancer cell,and the 15% concentration to be the highest,but three groups does not have the obvious difference;Significant changes were observed in signal transduction expression of human breast cancer cell.The tendency is advantageous in the suppression to MCF-7 cell growth.
