生产过程中设备的可靠运转是生产作业计划有效执行的重要保障,生产计划与设备维修计划具有相互影响的关系,二者之间的矛盾处理不当易造成生产资源闲置和时间成本增加.论文考虑作业车间内机器可能发生的随机故障,其失效概率服从威布尔分布的情况,根据机器实际状况采用不完美预防性维修与最小化维修的策略来保障机器的可靠性,以最小完工时间为目标,建立生产与维修的集成调度数学模型.通过设计基于工序的编码、线性顺序交叉算子、互换操作和精英保留策略,给出模型求解的遗传算法,最后通过实例验证所建模型的正确性以及算法求解的有效性.
Four kinds of common test method under high overload,including hammering test,Hopkinson bar test,gas gun recovery and firing test are introduced in this paper.The advantage and disadvantage of these methods are compared.And the same time,the simulation test method under high overload,which is feasible to reserve lithium battery is given.The characteristic curves of the lithium battery under high overload got through test are given and the characteristics are analysised.
