Objective:To study the application of fast-track surgical(Fis)nursing in elderly patients with colorectal surgery.Methods:A total of 131patients with colon or rectum resection,colorectal diseases,older than 65years,from January 2010to March 2010,have been randomly divided into 2groups,FTS group 63cases,control group 68cases.The purpose is to compare two groups with postoperative exhaust and defecation time,complication rates,length of hospital stay and total cost in hospital.Results:Two groups have statistical difference in the first exhaust and defecation time,complication rates,length of hospital stay,the length of the total cost.Conclusion:Fast-track surgical nursingc an effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery for elderly patients with colorectal,reduce the incidence of total complications,save the total cost in hospital.Perioperative period is safe and effective in colorectal surgery,significantly lightening stress and improving recovery in patients after colorectal surgery.
