In view of the nonstandard unsealed delivery of excreta for clinical medical inspection, this paper designed a disposable sample collector, which mainly consisted of sampling barrels and sample containing barrels. The sampling barrel was equipped with plunger inside and connected with collecting handle. With its lower part sealed, the upper part of the sample containing barrel was connected with the sampling barrel so that the collector could be sealed after sampling and ensure the sealed status during its preservation and delivery for inspection. The practical clinical application demonstrated its convenience in calculation and measurement of excreta samples, accurate sample collection and safe delivery for medical inspection, which could effectively prevent nosocomial infections and deserved wider clinical promotion.

目的:分析并评价安排专人护理在提高肠造口患者自我护理能力方面的应用效果。方法:将我院2010年2月~2012年4月收治的64例开展肠造口术的患者随机分成试验组和对照组各32例。试验组患者入院后实施各项检查,由1名高年资的护理人员专职负责健康教育和造口术护理任务;对照组患者未安排固定的专职护士负责,而是安排当班护士给予护理,在手术前后的护理以及出院随访工作均与试验组相同。比较两组患者在理解并掌握造口相关知识、造口袋粘贴与更换技术所需时间以及造口四周皮肤并发症发生率方面的差异。结果:试验组患者在理解并掌握造口相关知识方面高于对照组、掌握造口袋粘贴与更换所需时间方面短于对照组,造口四周皮肤并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展专人护理能够显著提高肠造口患者的自我护理能力,降低肠造口与四周皮肤发生并发症的几率,显著增强患者的生活质量。
目的:探讨老年肠道肿瘤患者的术前术后护理.方法:针对56例老年肠道肿瘤患者的临床资料,寻找有效的护理方法,预防并发症的发生.结果:经过全面细致的术前术后的治疗及护理,56饲患者除1例死亡外,其余惠者均未发生严重并发症,预期出院.结论:老年患者手术风险较大,针对老年患者生理特点和心理特点有针对性地实施围手术期护理是提高手术成功率减少并发症的重要保证.

Aim: To observe the effective mechanism of anti-fatigue I , which has satisfactory effect on fatigue adaptive training in soldiers who entered 1 570-2 366 m region, on anti-fatigue and hypoxia-resistance in mice. Methods: The experiment was performed at General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Area Command of Chinese PLA from June 2004 to June 2005. A total of 160 clean-grade Kunming adult female mice with the body mass of 18-22 g and 240 male mice with the same body mass were collected. The anti-fatigue I that was provided by Lanzhou Naifu Biotechnology Institute contained 31.71% total protein, 62.19% total amino acids, 32.51% 8-kind essential amino acid, 383.10 mg/g glutathione, 4.13% total polyose, 3.34 mg/g total saponin, 28.70 NU/mg superoxide. The mice based on their body mass were randomly divided into three experimental groups: 10, 20, 30 times [0.3, 0.6, 0.9 g/kg per day] of recommended human dosages [0.03 g/kg per day] and one negative control group. There were 40 female mice in each group and 60 male mice in each group. Those in the medication group and the control group were treated with corresponding dosage of anti-fatigue I (dissolving in 0.4-0.5 mL distilled water) and saline using gastric perfusion for 30 days. Female mice in each group were assigned randomly into 3 sub-groups, and treated with hypoxia-resistance test under normal pressure, sodium nitrite intoxation survival test, acute cerebral ischemic/hypoxic test, respectively to analyze hypoxia-resistance function of anti-fatigue I . Male mice were allocated randomly into sub-groups and treated with weight loading swimming test, pole-jumping test, urea nitrogen and hepaticglycogen determination test and lactic acid determination test. The possible mechanism of hypoxia-resistance and anti-fatigue of anti-fatigue I by the unification of 3 hypoxia-resistance experimental indexes and 4 anti-fatigue experimental indexes. Results: Of the 160 hypoxia-resistance experimental mice, 14 were eliminated naturally. Of the 240 anti-fatigue experimental mice, 12 were eliminated naturally. So, totally 374 mice were included in the result analysis. 1Difference of sodium nitrite intoxication survival time had significant meaning between the 0.3 g/kg per day anti-fatigue I group and the control group [(18.65±2.74),(15.95±1.68) min,P < 0.05]. Difference of acute cerebral ischemic/hypoxic time had obvious meaning between the 0.6 g/kg per day anti-fatigue I group and the control group [(32.38±3.57),(29.84±2.23) s,P < 0.05]. 2Difference of duration of weight loading swimming test had marked meaning between the 0.6 g/kg per day anti-fatigue I group and the control group [(414.86±180.54),(280.28±78.25) s,P < 0.05]. Differences of duration of pole-jumping test and the content of hepatic glycogen had remarkable meaning between the 0.9 g/kg per day anti-fatigue I group and the control group [(327.00±156.00),(152.00±118.00) s; (23 580.0±11 712.2),(12 113.6±9 503.8) mg/kg;P < 0.05]. Increasing of lactic acid in the 0.3 and 0.6 g/kg per day anti-fatigue I groups was distinctly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Anti-fatigue I has good effects of hypoxia-resistance and anti-fatigue, which is related to reduce dissipation of energy and consumption of oxygen of brain, clean internal lactic acid and free radical, ameliorate function of reserving glucogen of muscle and liver of mice.

以海拔1570米和2366米两高原环境下的军事三项运动员为研究对象,观察集训后的血中T、E2、Cort、Zn、Cu、CP的变化情况.结果显示,男、女队员的T、E2、Cort、Zn、Cu在两个海拔高度训练后相差显著(P<0.05)和非常显著(P<0.01 ).并从营养学角度进行了分析研究.
