目的 探讨对分课堂在本科临床教学中的应用效果.方法 随机抽取2015级临床医学专业2个班,对照组62例采用传统课堂,观察组60例采用对分课堂,均讲授内科学.在期末时对比2个组的期末成绩、自主学习能力,对观察组进行问卷调查.结果 2组间基线资料差异无统计学意义.在期末成绩方面,观察组学生在选择题、案例分析题及总分方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,在简答题方面与对照组学生差异无统计学意义.观察组学生自主学习能力方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.观察组学生多数赞同对分课堂的课堂模式(72.22％)、作业模式(90.56％)、讨论模式(83.10％)、体验感(86.67％).结论 对分课堂在内科学教学中具有可行性,可提高学生成绩及自主学习能力.
Medical education for international students has become an important showcase of foreign student education in our country, and it reflects the competitiveness of China's tertiary education sector on the global stage. With the scaling up of the enrolment of international students, we still faced the challenge of how to guarantee teaching quality. At the same time, with the changing model of medical education, previous clinical teaching methods could not meet the requirements of clinical teaching of modern overseas students. Only through a reform on the teaching method advanced with the times could we meet the new requirement of training the high quality modern overseas students. Based on the teaching practice of diagnostics for MBBS international students, this paper discussed how to improve the clinical teaching quality of international students from aspects included the characteristics of the international students, development of teaching aids and tools, faculty development, teaching mode and teaching quality evaluation, thus to provide reference for the sustainable development of medical education for international students.

To explore the feasibility of case teaching method in diagnostics classroom instruction and study teaching methods.Case teaching method was carried out in some diagnostics classroom instruction among the students of the Second Clinical Medical College of Kunming Medical College,and investigation and study on identification with case teaching method were performed by using questionnaire among the students.The results showed,compared with traditional teaching method,case teaching method was better in arousing interest,helping understanding and memory,inspiring thoughts and so on.
