财务信息化建设是财务管理转型的必然要求,也是积极推进农业科研领域"放管服"改革的重要手段.以武汉市农业科学院为例,分析地方农业科研院所推行财务信息化的必要性,并就系统的开发建设模式,从项目管理四个主要功能模块提出设计方案,并进一步优化院所两级报销审批流程,针对报销过程中的问题提出关联设计等建议.总结了财务信息化系统在实践中取得的成效和不足,以期为同类型地方农业科研院财务信息化建设提供参考.

Several ways of oxygen aeration was introduced at present in Hubei.A comparative experimental study on micropore aerator and ordinary aerator was carried out.The result shows micropore aerator can efficiently increase the aeration efficiency value 10%,and have more than 88% energy saving,mute,high efficiency and safety.Prospect of the micropore aerator extension and application in Hubei has been discussed.
Radio frequency identification(RFID) is a senior form of the automatic identification,considered one of the ten important technologies in 21st century.The technology is widely used in manufacturing,distribution,public safety,etc.As a project strongly supported by our country,the application of RFID in agriculture is still in the stage of exploration.In this article,RFID was introduced,and its application status and prospects in agriculture were analyzed.
A set of remote control system for water-saving irrigation was designed,aiming at the problems of water loss and labor scarcity in the process of agricultural irrigation.The system was based on the Siemens PLC,which could complete its irrigation monitoring and control in the computer room,by using CP243-1 remote communication module programming.
