An adhesive material was developed in which E-44,a widely used epoxy resin was used as matrix,and silicon nitride,boron nitride,aluminum oxide and silicon carbide were used as thermal-conducting insulating fillers.The thermal conductivity was adjusted by adding various amounts and types of materials mentioned above and the viscosity and toughness were modulated with the addition of various amounts of plasticizers and accelerators.The relations among the adhesive viscosity,heat conductivity and compounding formula were studied.One kind of compound with relatively good comprehensive properties and suitable for process production was obtained.When the amounts of silicon nitride,aluminum oxide and boron nitride in the fillers were respectively 25%,25% and 10% of the mass of epoxy resin matrix,the thermal conductivity of this system is high at 2.66 W/m K and will be 11.6 times of that of pure epoxy resin matrix.

According to the view of hydro-dynamic reliability,the safety of hydro-power for the boiler running under the condition of low-load in the power plant is investigated and analyzed in this paper.The research results reveal that when the load of the boiler is more than 50%, the operation of the water circulation is safe;when the load is 40%,the water circulation is safe,but at the same time the velocity of the water circulation displays some fluctuation;30% load is not suitable for the boiler to keep a stable long-term running of water circulation;when the load is only 20% or under,the water circulation of the boiler is not safe,it should be avoided.
