上海市域机场联络线是上海市域铁路线网中第一条新建线路,连接虹桥和浦东两大综合交通枢纽,是国家发改委首批确定的全国11条市域铁路示范线之一.本文首先从机场联络线工程功能定位、线路特征及运营模式等特点出发,详细研究了车辆的平面布置,并根据疏散需求创新性提出车辆下沉式踏步的疏散结构.然后针对新型的疏散结构利用Pathfinder疏散软件建立了机场联络线车辆疏散模型,研究了下沉式疏散踏步结构宽度、贯通道宽度对疏散能力的影响并得出结论.
市域铁路是大都市市域范围内的客运轨道交通系统,服务于中心城市与卫星城、重点城镇间等,其牵引供电制式多样,运营速度介于100~160?km/h。我国对市域铁路技术标准和修程修制的研究起步较晚,投入运营线路较少,导致运营和检修经验相对不足。结合市域铁路车辆技术参数和运营特点,对比分析与城市轨道交通和国铁车辆的异同点,类比既有成熟城市轨道交通和国铁车辆的修程修制,提出适用于市域铁路的运用维修体系、车辆维修模式及车辆修程修制,并探讨市域铁路车辆检修设施配置标准,为我国市域铁路车辆检修模式的确定提供理论依据,对市域铁路车辆检修基地的功能确定和主要工艺设备配置标准具有重要指导意义。

The paper discusses and analyzes the standard and content of three types of static debug station setting modes in medium repair depot of urban rail transit,and concludes that static debug station should be set up independently,and the static debug station can be combined with biweekly and three-month inspection stations based on the fact that the inspection capacity is fully adequate.The paper also recommends that the static debug station shall not be set with medium and occasional repair station.
The experiment of locomotive in the vehicle test storehouse will produce a lot of heat and high-strength noise,so it becomes a difficulty problem to handle this in the design of the vehicle test storehouse.These issues are discussed and analyzed in detail in this paper,and specific solutions are put forward.
The paper presented two types of repair technology for the carbody of HXD-type high power locomotive,which named straight-line repair and U-line repair.It was concluded that the U-line type repair has obvious advantage in quality after comparison and analysis of technological process and merits and drawbacks.
The wheel and axle maintenance technology and the selection of equipment of China railway multiple units are analyzed. In the paper emphasis is laid on the introduction of overall design idea,wheel and axle disassemble and assembly line,plane layout,technics equipment collocate and key equipment selection. The suggestion is presented for the maintenance technology and equipment collocate in wheel and axle workshop of maintenance base for multiple units.
结合国内外现状,分析实施大功率机车状态远程实时监控的必要性,介绍远程实时监控系统的功能,对检修基地与车载系统的数据通信及控制关系进行了说明,对系统方案的可行性进行探索。该系统对机车运用状态的实时跟踪和实现机车的"状态修"有着积极意义。
This paper study the advantages and disadvantages about three kinds of technological arrangements for repairing HXD large power locomotives,the locomotive allocating repair arrangement,the streamline repair arrangement and combining two ways above.The conclusion is that the locomotive repair depot should be designed as the streamline repair technological arrangement way.
Internal-combustion locomotive will produce noise of high intensity and make serious noise pollution to the ambient environments when the power load test is being carried out.Fully close method could obtain good noise-reduction effect,but the locomotive cooling problem and the relatively huge investment have people try to find the new way that is simpler and cheaper and also meets the requirements of the locals environment protection departments.This article analyzed and computed noise transmission in the power load test,and a design scheme based on compound sound barrier was brought forward which has achieved the satisfied effect in a real application.
