In this paper,the performances as well as the production procedure of the charged-particle telescope systems consisting of Si(Au) surface barrier detector and Si(Li) detector with different thicknesses were introduced briefly.As an example,the density distributions of the protons and electrons in space detected by the telescope systems mounted on the Fengyun-3 satellite(FY-3A) were also presented.

The fabrication process and test characteristics of the CdZnTe nuclear radiation detectors by home-made material single crystal were briefly introduced In the paper.The spectrum of the measured energy resolution(FWHM) is 2.0% for 8.78 MeV and 6.04MeV α particles of the Thc-c′-source,and 2.3%for 5.486MeV alphas of the Am241 α-source,What is more,We have got shown the spectrum of The energy resolutions(FWHM) is 9.7% for 662keV γ rays of 137Cs-source and the 1048.1keV and 975.6keV internal positrons of 207Bi source.
