本文以金镶玉竹为实验材料,探究三种不同保水、补水措施对其移栽后生理特性的影响.结果表明,金镶玉竹在移栽过后植株会受到水分逆境胁迫,加剧了细胞膜脂过氧化,使光合作用受到影响,但也会启动一定程度的渗透调节起到保护作用.其中竹腔补水措施能够有效缓解移栽损伤造成的金镶玉竹水分失衡,其各项生理指标较其它两种措施表现更好,其结论能为金镶玉竹的园林应用和管理提供有价值的参考.

The principles of landscape sketch planning and design were summarized,which was mainly meeting the functional requirements,reflecting the regional cultural connotation,creating the artistic conception,combining the raw material with the new material.Combined with the sampling survey and literature survey method,investigation was conducted in Shangteng Village of Shizhong District and Longchang Purun Garden of Neijiang City.The research results were summarized from 3 aspects of landscape planning,landscape planning,functional zoning and plant configuration,and it was thought that the design of landscape sketch lacked connotation,layout was confused and creativity was lacking.The suggestion of landscape sketch planning and design was put forward,which emphasized the embodiment of local humanism and regionalism,people oriented,combine creativity with localism,and combine local conditions and energy saving.

Based on a survey of the urban green land in Neijiang,it is found there are 144 greenery plants in Neijiang,belonging to 144 families,189 species and 299 categories(including some variants and breeds),on basis of which an analysis is made of the urban green system and the structure of the species of trees in Neijiang.It is suggested that local plants be used to increase city character;and a balance be struck in between points,lines and planes and a reasonable arrangement of arbor species,shrubs and herbaceous plants to enrich seasonal character.

研究了四种不同浓度STS处理的保鲜剂对香石竹切花保鲜的效果,试图找出适于香石竹切花的STS保鲜浓度。结果表明与对照相比所有处理组的保鲜剂均不同程度地改变了香石竹切花瓶插过程中电导率、丙二醛(MDA)的含量,其中处理为800mg/LSTS的瓶插液对其切花的保鲜效果最为明显。
