以加工型番木瓜品种穗中红48为试材,在广西西部典型岩溶峰丛洼地进行引种栽培试验。结果表明,该品种能适应试验区的气候和环境,生长良好,栽植当年开花结果,每667 m2产量3 500~4 000 kg,产番木瓜浆75 kg。平均单果重1.56 kg,可溶性固形物含量8.70%,果实品质优良,木瓜浆蛋白酶活力高于平原种植区。番木瓜园可增加岩溶峰丛洼地绿地面积,明显改善局部小气候。在桂西岩溶峰丛洼地发展加工型番木瓜,经济效益、生态效益、社会效益显著。

Research advances in the artificial rearing technology,nutritive value,chemical constituent,active ingredient,toxicology,pharmacodynamics and clinical application of Poecilobdella manillensis are stated in this paper.It suggests that P.manillensis has high higher nutritional value and pharmacological activity clinically,such as antithrombotic,anticoagulant,antiplatelet,reducing blood-lipid and improving blood circulation,without obvious toxicology side effects.P.manillensi has been considered to be an extreme potential medicinal animals.
Imported fishmeal and soybean meal were used as nitrogen sources of different protein levels to investigate the impact on growth on a total of 80 juvenile Mauremys mutica. Feedstuff was prepared with four protein contents of 50.2%,47.3%,44.3% and 41.4 % according to the principle of univariate factor gradient. After breeding for 120 days,the results showed that the growth rate of M. mutica fed with 47.3% protein content was markedly higher than those in the three other experimental groups,and differed significantly (P0.05). The protein conversion rate was the most efficient and was significantly different from the 50.2% (P0.01),44.3%(P0.05) and 41.4% (P0.05) protein content groups; otherwise,the ratio of feed conversion and weight gain in the 47.3% protein content group was minimal,had very significant differences with the 44.3% and 50.2% protein content groups (P0.01) as well as the 41.4% protein content group (P0.05). However,protein content had no significant difference among M. mutica fed with feedstuff at different protein levels.
This paper is mainly concerned with the study advances of the geographical distribution of gencology varieties,living habits,artificial breeding,cultivation techniques,disease prevention,nutritious ingredients of Mauremys mutica Cantor.Mauremys mutica Cantor,widely dispersed in China,lives in the temperature ranging from 20℃ to 32℃.Under the artificial cultivation,its sex-maturity age may be lower and its hatching rate may reach 84.2 percent.Appropriate temperature for cultivating Mauremys mutica Cantor contributes to its rapid growth,less chance of developing diseases,and easy cultivation.The artificial cultivation of Mauremys mutica Cantor,with less space,convenient forage management,high economic efficiency,may develop into a rising industry for adjusting and optimizating the rural industrial structure and increasing people's income.
目的摸清广西驯养蛇类腐皮病的发生原因.方法连续二年对具有代表性的三个养蛇场蛇类腐皮病发生、流行病学及其病原进行调查分析和研究.结果5种驯养蛇腐皮病的发病率及死亡率分别为17.82%和9.65%,主要发生于夏季;主要病原为变形杆菌属、普鲁威登斯菌属和葡萄球菌属的细菌以及绦虫;生长环境的改变等应激因素是本病发生的重要诱导因素.结论蛇类腐皮病是驯养蛇类夏季的一个主要问题,它不是单一病因引起的一种疾病,而是多个病因导致的一个临床病征.
取广西南宁、河池和柳州等地140条病死及濒死蛇的心血等作细菌培养.结果分离出细菌232株;分类鉴定发现79株为变形杆菌,占检出菌的34.1%;种的分类表明,63株为普通变形杆菌,16株为奇异变形杆菌;随机抽取其中5株进行毒素测定,均发现有肠毒素产生;做动物试验可致小白鼠死亡;做回归试验,可见蛇血带菌.说明,此变形杆菌具有一定的毒力,是造成蛇感染的常见菌之一,为人兽共患病的传染源,不可忽视.
在与F2猕猴GMn-Ns品种相同的生活环境、饲养管理和营养条件下驯养1997年内出生的F3猕猴10只(其中公5只,母5只),并与同年内出生的F2猕猴11只作对照,分别测定其体重、躯干长、尾长及血常规等指标,统计成活率.结果F3猕猴公、母平均体重分别由出生时的363 g和339 g增加到12月龄时的1 596 g和1 550 g,分别比F2猕猴公、母的体重小,经t检验差异不显著(P>0.05).公猴和母猴的躯干长分别由6月龄时的156 mm和151 mm增加到12月龄时的185 mm和181 mm,尾长分别由6月龄时的119 mm和120 mm增加到12月龄时的130 mm和133 mm,F3猕猴躯干长在不同月龄时都比F2猕猴略小,但尾长较接近.F3猕猴12月龄时的成活率为83.3%,血常规正常.说明F3猕猴能在F2猕猴的生活环境、饲养管理和营养条件下正常生长发育.
