
In order to explore the key technical factors of sugar-free tissue culture technology of blueberry in seedling production, conventional tissue culture seedlings of ‘Emerald’ varieties were used as material. The effects of different plant growth regulators and concentrations, solid matrix and nutrient solution ratio(solid-liquid ratio) and antibacterial agents on the rooting and contamination of blueberry tissue culture seedlings were studied. In order to provide scientific basis for the further optimization of blueberry sugar-free tissue culture scheme and the production of high-quality seedlings in blueberry industry. The results showed that the improved WPM medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L IBA or 1.0 mg/L NAA had better rooting effect on blueberry seedlings. The ratio of 1.80 L solid matrix(vermiculite) to 1.25 L nutrient solution was the best,both of which could promote the rooting of blueberry seedlings and increase the number and length of roots. The antibacterial effect of Zhipeijing was the best, which could effectively reduce the pollution rate to 13.65%.

To select the best fresh grape varieties suitable for development in the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province and to optimise the structure of existing fresh grape varieties in the region,new grape varieties selected by the main grape breeding units in China were introduced and tested using a combination of field observations and indoor measurements,including the phenological period,growth and fruit performance,and economic and biological traits,etc.The fruit was harvested at maturity to determine the fruit quality.Finally,the fruit quality was comprehensively evaluated using principal component analysis.The analysis concluded that'Nantaihutezao','Tiangongmoyu','Ruiduhongyu','Shenhua',and'Huangjinmi'performed well and were suitable for rain-shelter cultivation in the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province.

水果价格可以将供给方、流通方和需求方连接在一起,为市场的高效运行提供必要的信息和参考,因此对水果价格影响因素的系统性研究有着重要的理论和现实意义.基于2002-2021年季度数据,使用平稳性检验、协整性检验、BVAR模型、脉冲响应函数等多个方法研究了水果价格和影响因素间的定量关系.结果表明,影响因素中只有农业生产资料价格指数、城镇化率、鲜果消费价格指数和蔬菜生产价格指数4个变量对水果生产价格有显著影响,并按照从大到小的顺序对水果价格产生正向冲击.最终给出了相应的对策建议.
Objective to study the detection methods of mepiquat chloride and uniconazole residues in plum.Analysis residue difference between mepiquat chloride and uniconazole under the same application measures,and risk assessment of chronic and acute dietary intake.Residue of mepiquat chloride and uniconazole was extracted by QuEChERS method,detected by LC-MS/MS.Residues of mepiquat chloride and uniconazole in plums after storage for 183 days,the degradation rates are 13%and 14%respectively,the residual quantity is relatively stable during storage under the conditions of this experiment.The residue levels of mepiquat chloride and uniconazole on plum in harvesting and 7 days after harvesting were all<0.01 mg/kg.The national estimated daily intake of mepiquat chloride and uniconazole residue were 0.355 918 mg and 0.033 007 mg,respectively,and the ADI%was calculated according to formula and found to he 2.90%and 2.62%,respectively.The national estimated short term intake of mepiquat chloride and uniconazole in plums for all population groups and children(8 months to 16 years)were all 0.000 095 4 mg,for women of childbearing age(13~50 years)and general population(>1 year)and adult groups were all 0.000 127 mg.The ARfD%of mepiquat chloride in plums for all population groups and children(8 months to 16 years)were all 0.031 8%,for women of childbearing age(13~50 years)and general population(>1 year)and adult groups were all 0.042 3%.The ARfD%of uniconazole in plums for all population groups and children(8 months to 16 years)were all 0.190 8%,for women of childbearing age(13~50 years)and general population(>1 year)and adult groups were all 0.254 0%.When the substrate,application dosage,and harvest interval are consistent,significant difference in mepiquat chloride and uniconazole residual amount 2 hour harvesting interval,there was no significant difference in mepiquat chloride and uniconazole residual amount 7 days and 14 days harvesting interval,the original deposition amounts is related to the type of pesticide,the final residual is related to harvesting interval and degradation half life of pesticide.

针对广东柚果品质参差不齐和难以优质优价的难题,提出利用数字化技术对柚果供应链进行升级.首先从产业概况、产品流通模式、加工流程3个方面调研分析了当前广东柚果的供应链业务场景,明确了广东柚果的优质优价制约因素:一是种植端优果产出率低;二是加工流通端缺少优果识别设备;三是消费端难以认知优果.其次从物联网设施设备应用情况、信息需求与获取渠道、信息基础设施状况等3个方面分析了广东柚果产地端的数字化现状.在此基础上,搭建了柚果产业数字化平台理论框架,并提出促进广东柚果优质优价的数字化提升路径:一是开展线上业务模式,推动"双流"信息统一;二是开发无损检测设备,实现品质数字分级;三是集成专业技术知识,开展智慧农技服务;四是构建可信溯源模型,提升产业品牌价值;五是建立产业大数据库,推动数据价值共享.对促进广东柚果供应链数字化转型升级和优质优价提供了新的思路和路径.
The 54 durian germplasm resources planted in Hainan were analyzed by fluorescent SSR molecular marker technology to analyze SSR polymorphism,clustering,population structure and genetic diversity.The result show that 19 pairs of SSR primers with high polymorphism were screened.A total of 117 polymorphisms alleles were detected by DNA amplification,with an average number of 6.158,an average effective allele of 3.398,an average Shannon index of 1.372,an average of 0.689 for observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity,and an average of 0.643 for polymorphic information content,which has certain genetic diversity.Based on the cluster analysis of UPGMA genetic distance,at the genetic distance of 0.6,54 germplasms can be divided into 3 groups,the first group has a total of 45 germplasm resources,including different durian varieties introduced in different countries.The second group has a total of 8 resources,all of which are introduced to different countries'Musang King'durian.The third group has a total of 1 resource,which is a kind of red durian introduced to Thailand.Taking the genetic distance of 0.3 as the threshold,the first group can be divided into 9 subgroups.Based on Structure,54 samples can be divided into 5 subgroups.Comprehensive cluster and population structure analysis identified some varieties of unknown germplasm resources.The analysis of genetic variation,genetic distance and genetic differentiation of different subpopulations showed that individual variation was the main source of total variation,subgroup 5 had the greatest genetic distance and genetic differentiation degree with other subpopulations,and the overall gene flow of different subpopulations was large and the degree of genetic differentiation was low.

In order to explore the effect of gibberellin treatment on anthocyanin synthesis in fresh grape peel.The early maturing grape cultivar'Zaoheibao'and the late maturing grape cultivar'Wanheibao'were used as research materials.At the end of the blooming period,they were soaked with 25 mg/L gibberellin(GA,),and then were soaked with 50 mg/L GA3 after 12 days,with were soaked with water as the control.The result showed that color index of grape after 30 days treated with gibberellin,were rapidly increased.During gibberellin treatment 30 days to fruit maturity,the anthocyanin content in the peel of'Zaoheibao'grape was significantly increased.During 50 to 70 days with gibberellin treatment,the total anthocyanin content of'Wanheibao'grape was significantly higher than the control.The significant changes were observed of the key anthocyanin synthase enzymes activity,such as phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),dihydroflavonol reductase(DFR),anthocyanin synthase(ANS),and flavonoid glycosyltransferase(UFGT)in grape peel treated with gibberellin.The key anthocyanin synthesis genes DFR,ANS,and UFGTat the early stage of grape color transformation also were changed.In summary,the gibberellin treatment promoted significantly early and late ripening grape color conversion.

To assess crop load effect on yield and fruit quality of peach fruits,an experiment was conducted for 3 years.The'Jinlinghuanglu'peach trees with vase shape were used.The experiment was arranged as a completely randomized design with 4 treatments:T1(150 fruits per tree),T2(250 fruits per tree),T3(300 fruits per tree)and T4(350 fruits per tree)with 6 replicates.It was found that the peach trees of T4 provided a relatively high yield but lowest fruit weight,while T1 gave the lowest yield but highest fruit weight.The peach trees of T2 had a relatively lower yield but relatively higher fruit weight,however,T3 provided a relatively higher yield but relatively lower fruit weight.The peach trees treated with T1 had high level of soluble solids content and sugar-acid ratio.In addition,inner fruit quality in both T2 and T3 was a little lower than T1.Moreover,the fruit coloring degree was not significantly affected by crop load.It was concluded that the yield was lower when the crop load was 150 fruits per tree(1 300 kg per 667 m2)of'Jinlinghuanglu'peach trees during full bearing period,however,it could produce larger fruit and better quality.In addition,the crop load between 250 and 300 fruits per tree(2 000~2 400 kg per 667 m2)could assure higher yield and larger fruit size.
