目的 探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术的临床观察效果.方法 选定本院在2015年4月~2018年12月接诊的90例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为观察组45例(腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术)与对照组45例(传统疝修补术),比较两组手术时长、术后疼痛时长、住院时长、并发症发生率及复发率指标.结果 观察组治疗后在手术时长、术后疼痛时长、住院时长、并发症发生率及复发率指标上均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术方法可有效降低腹股沟疝患者临床疼痛感,具有一定的临床价值.
目的:观察比较腹腔镜根治术和开腹根治术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效.方法:选取2014年5月—2016年5月在我院行直肠癌开腹根治术的100例患者设为对照组,行腹腔镜根治术的100例患者设为观察组.结果:观察组患者的术后住院时间、术中出血量、进流食时间、术后通气时间、并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而手术时间、近和远端切缘长度、清扫淋巴数目及生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:腹腔镜根治术与开腹手术均有较好临床效果,但腹腔镜根治术具有对患者创伤小、并发症少、预后好等优点,值的临床推广应用.
目的 研究腹腔镜微创手术治疗穿孔性阑尾炎的临床效果.方法 于2015年7月~2018年8月选取本院穿孔性阑尾炎患者90例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取开腹阑尾切除手术,观察组采取腹腔镜微创手术,比较两组患者的肛门排气时间、住院时间、疼痛评分以及并发症发生率.结果 观察组患者的肛门排气时间、住院时间、疼痛评分以及并发症发生率均要比对照组低,P<0.05.结论 腹腔镜微创手术治疗穿孔性阑尾炎,可有效缩短患者的住院时间,减少疼痛,降低并发症发生率.
目的 脐血间充质干细胞(Human umbilical cord blood Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells,MSCs)在体外特定环境下诱导为脂肪细胞.方法 分离培养MSCs,加入特定诱导液,观察MSCs的形态变化,并在诱导第14d后用油红O染色检测MSCs中含有橙黄色脂滴细胞比例,并与单纯低糖DMEM培养的MSCs为对照组.结果 在特定微环境中的MSCs诱导培养72h后出现脂滴,第20d时观察80%脐血MSCs在油红O染色示向脂肪细胞分化.对照组MSCs未见明显变化,油红0染色呈阴性结果.结论 在特定环境下MSCs可分化为脂肪细胞,为脐血MSCs在组织工程领域发展奠定了实验基础.
BACKGROUND:Thyrotrophin,insulin or insulin-like growth factor play important roles in development,differentiation,heterogenic expression and function production of thyroid cells.Thus,this study simulated thyroid in vivo embryogenesis,and gradually added above-mentioned stimulating factor to further induce bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).OBJECTIVE:To investigate the feasibility of differentiation of the adult BMSCs into thyroid cells under specific circumstances in vitro.METHODS:BMSCs were isolated by the density gradient method.BMSCs were induced with thyrotrophin and insulin.Morphological changes were observed by the inverted optical microscope and transmission electron microscopy.Immune fluorescence detection method was used to differentiate adult BMSCs.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:On day 3 following culture in the induction group,BMSC morphology changed from spindle to round,ellipse or triangle,grew irregularly,with clear boundary.On day 8,adherent embryo became flat.On day 7,differentiated cells expressed thyroid cell gene TSHr.On day 9,differentiated cell markers TTF-1 expression was detected in thyroid cells.Results suggested that BMSCs can be induced to differentiate into thyroid cells in vitro and are ideal seed cells in the study of tissue engineering treatment of thyroid diseases.
BACKGROUND: Under certain conditions, rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) can be induced to differentiate into thyroid cells. OBJECTIVE: To establish the method to in vitro induce the differentiation of rat BMSCs into thyroid cells. METHODS: BMSCs were separated using density gradient method, and induced with thyroid-stimulating hormone and insulin. A group without any induced materials was used as parallel control. Morphology changes were observed with inverted optical microscope and transmission electron microscopy, immune fluorescence detection method was applied for BMSCs differentiation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Thyroid cell-specific gene expression such as TSHr could be seen in cultured cells after 7 days; thyroid cell-differentiated cell markers TTF-1 expression was detected after 9 days; no change in the control group. BMSCs can be induced to differentiate into thyroid cells based on morphology and biological examination.
