目的:探讨十味骨康口服液对体检人群中阳虚质血脂异常者的干预作用.方法:选取体检人群中阳虚质血脂异常者60例(男女各30例),随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组嘱治疗性生活方式改变,观察组予十味骨康口服液并嘱治疗性生活方式改变.比较两组阳虚质血脂异常者的血脂指标.结果:干预后,观察组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较干预前降低(P<0.05).观察组TG、TC、LDL-C干预前后比值均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在生活方式改变的基础上,十味骨康口服液有助于改善体检人群阳虚质血脂异常者的血脂水平.
目的 运用网络药理学和分子对接技术探讨肉苁蓉治疗慢性肾脏病合并骨质疏松症(CKD-OP)的潜在双效成分及作用机制.方法 通过多个数据库和文献检索筛选出肉苁蓉的活性成分及其对应靶点与慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)和骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)疾病相关靶点的交集,于STRING数据库构建PPI网络,经CytoHubba插件筛选核心靶点后在DAVID数据库进行GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析,于Cytoscape构建活性成分-核心靶点-信号通路网络后获得关键成分、关键靶点和关键信号通路,最后在AutoDockTools进行分子对接验证.结果 得到肉苁蓉治疗CKD-OP关键成分3个(槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、红景天苷),关键靶点6个(TNF、AKT1、MAPK1、JUN、RELA和PTGS2),关键信号通路3条(TNF、NF-κB和Oxytocin信号通路).结论 初步揭示肉苁蓉通过"多成分-多靶点-多途径"的特点治疗CKD-OP的潜在分子药理机制,为中药现代化和CKD-OP的治疗提供了理论依据和思路.
目的 基于网络药理学分析骨康方中药治疗骨质疏松(OP)的具体作用机制及其作用靶点、通路的异同.方法 首先通过数据库以及文献检索分别筛选出骨康方中君臣佐使各药的主要活性成分及其作用靶点;同时利用网络数据库得到OP相关的靶点;通过Venny 2.1分别筛选出君臣佐使-OP的交集靶点;然后通过STRING和Cytoscape软件分别构建骨康方中君臣佐使-OP交集靶点的蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络并筛选出关键靶点;最后通过DAVID数据库分别对君臣佐使-OP的关键靶点进行KEGG通路分析,并使用Venny 2.1对KEGG结果进行交集.结果 经交集筛选后获得君臣佐使-OP的关键靶点,其中君药有6个、臣药有30个、佐药有31个和使药有30个,KEGG通路富集结果显示有9条君臣佐使各药关键靶点的共同通路、7条君药所特有的通路、2条臣药特有通路和1条使药特有通路,而佐药无特有的通路.结论 骨康方中君臣佐使各药有共同的调节通路,可能通过MAPK通路治疗OP,同时也有各自特殊的调节机制,发挥独特作用.
目的:建立HPLC法测定肉苁蓉水提液中松果菊苷的含量.方法:采用HPLC法测定松果菊苷的含量,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP C18柱;流动相为乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长为333 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;进样量为10 μL.结果:松果菊苷在44.939 7~539.276 4μg· mL-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);加样回收率为94.59% ~ 105.31%(RSD=2.93%,n=9);3批肉苁蓉水提液中松果菊苷的平均含量分别为15.527、7.347、12.267 mg·g-1.结论:所建立的HPLC法准确、重复性好、简单易行,适用于肉苁蓉水提液中松果菊苷的含量测定.
Objective The miR-194-5p sequence was analyzed using bioinformatics and predict its potential target genes and signaling pathways. Methods The miR-194-5p base sequence was searched by onlinedatabases such as PubMed, NCBI and UCSC. The target of miR-194-5p was predicted by miRanda, TargetScan and miRDB, and the protein interaction network was constructed by STRING platform and Cytoscape 3.7.0 software. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis and KEGG signal transduction pathway enrichment analysis were performed using David's online database. Results The known mature miR-194-5p sequencesare highly conserved among different species. Protein interaction analysis showed that miR-194-5p predicted complex interactions between the proteins encoded by the target genes, especially the proteins encoded by the target genes HIST1H2BD, CASK, CHD4, CUL4B, DYRK1A and so on. GO analysis revealed that the target gene is involved in biological processes such as Golgi tissue, wound healing, and cell response to DNA damage stimulation. KEGG analysis showed enrichment in the ubiquitin-mediated proteolytic signaling pathway. Conclusion The results suggest that miR-194-5p can participate in a variety of important biological processes by regulating target genes, which provides new ideas and clues for the future research of miR-194-5p.

Objective:To establish a quantitative method for ferulic acid in Gukangkoufuye by HPLC.Method: Using a HPLC method with Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm ×250mm,5μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution (17∶83)at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1, the UV detection wavelength was 316 nm.Result: The linear range of ferulic acid was in the range between 6.205μg·ml-1 and 24.82μg·ml-1 (r=1.0000). The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98.22% with RSD of 1.4%.Conclusion: This method is simple, efficient and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of ferulic acid in Gukangkoufuye.
Objective To establish a quality control method for paeoniflorin in Gukang oral liquid.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was performed on BDS Hypersil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(10 ∶ 90)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was from 30.36 to 121.42 μg·mL-1(r= 0.999 8).The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.2% with RSD being 2.0%(N=9).Conclusion The established method is simple,efficient and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Gukang oral liquid.

Objective To investigate the stability and expiration date of Shiweigukang oral solution. Methods Influencing factors test, acceleration test, and long-term test were conducted to investigate properities, identification, filling volume, PH value, relative density, and microbial limits.Results EverT examination index on influencing factors test, acceleration test, and long-term test met the standards. This oral solution was blown in color and slightly bitter, and had little sediment. Shiweigukang showed the spots with the same color as those of epimedium, white paeony root, and malaytea scurfpea fruit on the color spectrum. The filling volume was not less than 10 ml/bottle; the relative density was not smaller than 1.02; PH value was 3.5 to 5.5; bacterial count was less than 10/ml; and mould and saccharomycetes count was less 10/ml. No E. Coliand mites were found. Conclusions Shiweigukang oral solution has good stability and an expiration date of two years.
目的:建立伤骨健胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定伤骨健胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量.Hypersil ODS C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-水(32:68)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL/min.蒸发光散射检测器参数:漂移管温度45℃,氮气流速1.5 L/min.结果:黄芪甲苷在0.502~4.518μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系;回收率为98.49%,RsD为1.50%(n=6).结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于伤骨健胶囊的质量控制.
对西藏墨脱县疟疾防治进行相关探讨,方法是采用广州中医药大学青蒿素中心粤特快+伯氨喹(Artequick+Primaquine)的方法.结果是粤特快+伯氧喹(Artequick+Primaquine)最简便、快速清除传染源而又最经济方法.
目的:探讨不同粉碎程度对砂仁、白豆蔻出油率与成分的影响.方法:对不同粉碎程度的2种药材,按中国药典方法分别提取挥发油,并分别进行GC-MS分析.结果:不同粉碎程度砂仁挥发油的提取率分别为1.35%、2.35%与2.88%,乙酸龙脑酯含量有明显差异影响;不同粉碎程度白豆蔻挥发油的提取率分别为5.73%、7.54%与7.84%,桉树脑含量有差异影响.结论:不同粉碎程度对于砂仁与白豆蔻挥发油的提取率、出油速度和成分含量均具有影响,两种药材应按规定进行入药前炮制.
Objective To study the quality of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici from different sources.Methods Ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV)was used to detect total flavonoids content and RP-HPLC was used for the determination of the linarin content.Results The content of total flavonoids and linarin varied evidently in Flos Chrysanthemi Indici from different sources,and decreased obviously in the processed products.Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of the content of total flavonoids and linarin of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici simply and accurately,and result will provide evidence for the application and quality evaluation of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.
目的:建立玉屏风汤剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法,研究黄芪饮片及玉屏风汤剂中黄芪甲苷的含量相关性。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定。色谱柱为Phenomen;流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68);流速1ml·min-1;柱温35℃;ELSD漂移温度103℃,载气(氮气)流量2.5L·min-1。结果:玉屏风汤剂中黄芪甲苷的提取率为40.14%~54.58%。结论:饮片与汤剂中的含量呈现一定相关性,但不同批次饮片的提取率有一定的差异性。
樟脑为樟科植物樟的枝、干、根、叶,经水蒸汽蒸馏得挥发油后,再用分馏法从中提取得到(天然樟脑)或用化学方法制得(合成樟脑)的一种饱和环状酮(C10H16O).天然樟脑是右旋体,合成樟脑则是消旋体,两者在医疗及工业用途上无差异.其性状为白色结晶性粉末或无色半透明的硬块.有刺激性特臭,昧初辛后辛凉.易溶于氯仿(1 :0.5)、乙醚(1: 1)、乙醇(1:1)、脂肪油或挥发油中,不溶于水(1: 800),熔点为176~181℃[1].
笔者从药品流通的角度,阐述当今我国药品面临国际市场形势和困难,以及今后制定一系列措施,与同行商磋。面临国际市场形势是21世纪将是中药世纪和我国中药研制、生产能力滞后;今后应调整的药品宏观政策是促进资本市场的开放力度,加大中药科研力度、采取民族工业价格政策和强化知识产权保护意识;选择进入国际市场几大板块有美国、欧洲、亚洲和其他地区;中药产品定位应是原料药、保健用品、营养保健品和处方药;中药处方药进入国际市场的出路是寻求合作伙伴。
目的研究白芷挥发油(EOAD)抗过敏作用。方法采用大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA),大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒,组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的实验。结果与对照组比较,EOAD低剂量组对PCA、大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒、组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高有显著差异,EOAD高剂量组对PCA、大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒、组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高有非常显著差异。结论EOAD具有抗过敏作用,可用于过敏性疾病的治疗。
目的:建立十味骨康口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对十味骨康口服液中淫羊藿、白芍、补骨脂药材进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定十味骨康口服液中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。结果:淫羊藿、白芍、补骨脂的特征斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;补骨脂素在11.52~57.60 ng、异补骨脂素在12.48~62.40 ng间具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.27%及97.79%,RSD分别为1.44%及1.56%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,专属性强,重现性好,结果准确可靠,可作为十味骨康口服液的质量控制方法。
