福寿螺(Pomaceacanaliculata)是外来入侵物种,对中国南方大部分地区的生态环境造成严重威胁,其生长和繁殖受到温度影响。本文研究了15℃(低温)、25℃(对照组)和36℃(高温)三种温度条件下,不同时间点(0、6、12、24、48、72 h)福寿螺体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。实验结果表明,在低温(15℃)和高温(36℃)胁迫下,福寿螺肝胰脏和鳃中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性以及丙二醛含量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,并且在72 h时恢复到对照组(25℃)水平。低温和高温胁迫下,福寿螺鳃中的过氧化氢酶活性和肝胰脏中的超氧化物歧化酶活性在12h、24 h和48 h时均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),并在48 h时达到最大值(P <0.01)。鳃和肝胰脏中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性在12 h升高并在24 h时达到最大值。低温和高温胁迫下,丙二醛含量分别在24 h和12 h达到最大值。结果表明,温度能够诱导福寿螺抗氧化应激反应。福寿螺可以通过增加体内抗氧化物酶活力来缓解温度胁迫所造成的压力。鳃中抗氧化物酶活性变化快于肝胰脏抗氧化物酶活性变化,福寿螺氧化应激反应表现出组织特异性。
齿舌作为软体动物独特的摄食器官,是软体动物门重要的分类特征.利用扫描电镜对入侵物种福寿螺Pomacea canaliculata、P.maculata和本地物种中国圆田螺(Cipangopaludina chinensis)的齿舌形态进行了比较观察.两种福寿螺和中国圆田螺齿式均为2.1.1.1·2.两种福寿螺齿舌的差异主要体现在中央齿的第一突起,P.canaliculata中央齿第一突起宽而短,不如P.maculata锋利.P canaliculata与P maculata第一突起长与中央齿宽以及第一突起宽与中央齿宽的比值均具有显著差异.两种福寿螺与中国圆田螺齿舌的中央齿、侧齿、缘齿,不论是从形态还是数量上都明显不同.两种福寿螺中央齿第一突起大而尖,呈倒三角形,两侧对称排列3个小齿;中国圆田螺的中央齿第一突起短而宽,呈方形,两侧对称排列4个小齿.两种福寿螺的侧齿大突起内侧有1个小而尖的小齿,大突起外侧另有2个小齿;中国圆田螺侧齿上缘中间大突起外侧有3个小齿,呈锯齿状.两种福寿螺的内缘齿和外缘齿相似,缘齿上缘的中间尖齿尖锐,旁边再形成一小齿;中国圆田螺内缘齿上缘的中间尖齿突出,外缘齿基部细长,上缘有小的尖齿8~10个,呈梳状.两种福寿螺与中国圆田螺的第一突起宽与中央齿宽之比、第一突起长与中央齿宽之比、第二突起宽与中央齿宽之比、第二突起长与中央齿宽之比均差异显著.食性不同可能是造成种间齿舌结构差异的原因之一.
简要介绍了硫辛酸在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展.硫辛酸作为辅酶因子在体内参与机体物质代谢过程中酰基转移,同时具有较高还原性,其可在畜禽生产中发挥重要作用.针对硫辛酸在降低畜禽油脂储藏期间的脂质氧化,缓解动物应激以及改善肉质等方面的研究进行论述,旨在为畜禽生产和加工提供一定理论指导.
为全面了解江苏省高等师范学校图书馆资源建设现状,为学术研究和图书馆间资源共建共享决策提供依据,针对江苏省各高等师范学校图书馆开展了资源建设现状问卷调查.调查结果发现,各分院图书馆资源相对匮乏,图书馆数字化建设相对落后,各图书馆都亟待与其他图书馆合作进行资源的共知共建共享.经费和人员问题是各院图书馆馆藏资源建设的重要制约因素.
Here we report the complete cDNA sequence of a stress transcription factor p8 from poison gland of Scolopendra Subspinipes Mutilans.The cDNA was 838 bp in full-length,an initiator element TCATTCT was found in its 97 bp 5′-untranslated region,two mRNA rapid degradation signal of ATTTTTA were found in its 525 bp 3′-untranslated region,and one AATAAA was found 13 bp before the poly-A tail.The 216 bp open reading frame(ORF) encodes the p8 nuclear protein of 71 amino acids with the predicted molecular weight of 8.4 kD and the isoelectric point of 9.19.The sequence identities of the centipede p8 peptide with 10 other p8 expressed in venom and blood-sucking salivary gland of invertebrate were 61%~79%,and the similarities were 80%~91%.There was no PEST rich region near the N term of these invertebrate p8,but the basic helix-loop-helix domain was highly conserved.Phylogenic analysis revealed three striking characteristics in p8 homologous evolution,the grown up of mRNA stability,the decreased peptide stability and also increased major binding site of its bipartite nuclear localization sequences.Analysis on duplicated p8 from 10 vertebrate species suggested the duplication-divergent evolution of p8 gene may start at the time of divergence of bony fish from invertebrate.
In the study,vertical discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the polymorhisms of prealbumin,albumin and postalbumin in wild boar.The results indicate that the genotype of Albumin was generally similar and the polymorphism was well found in prealbumin.The prealbumin level in wild boars of different ages was various.The genotype frequencies and gene frequencies were calculated and the indexes of genetic diversity of Pa-Ⅰand Pa-Ⅱwere 0.3025,0.7223 respectively.
