为解决孤岛稠油区块存在储量动用不均、水侵影响加剧等主要问题和矛盾,降低含水上升率,提高稠油采收率,采取"用、排、停、堵、避"相结合的多种配套工艺措施,有效抑制了水侵速度;应用热采防砂、化学解堵等配套工艺技术,延长了生产周期,提高了油汽比,从而形成了适合孤岛油田稠油蒸汽吞吐的配套技术,取得了较好的开发效果.
In Gudao oil field the main lifting technology is sucker-rod pumping.The problem that the wellhead device can't be sealed closely arises consequently on heavy oil wells,polymer injection wells and eccentrically worm wells.The ZZYWWY-1 pumping unit with setting eccentric and anti-wear function resolved the above mentioned problems,which has many fine peculiarities,such as preservation,anti-wear and preventing pumping rod breaking.This paper introduces the seal device structure and property and applied situation in Gudao oil field.
随着胜利油田孤岛采油厂聚合物驱油井见效和产出液含聚合物浓度的升高,抽油杆柱偏磨加剧,为此开展了油井防偏磨室内和现场试验研究,取得较好应用效果。但由于油井偏磨状况的差异,给制定防偏磨工艺造成了一定困难。为了使防偏磨措施的制定方法更简单方便,通过大量的计算、测试、统计以及杆柱受力仿真归纳出了单井综合措施分布图。应用单井防偏磨措施优化图模板制定防偏磨措施,计算简单,操作方便,具有很强的实用性。
1.构造背景 孤北地区孤北斜坡带是一个总体倾向北和北西的洼陷缓斜坡构造单元,主要供油洼陷为渤南-孤北洼陷.在中生代末,燕山运动晚期,以孤西断裂带为代表的北北西向断裂系统和以孤北断裂带为代表的北北东向断裂系统发生了以升降运动为主的强烈活动,该断裂活动一直持续到馆陶末期.受区域应力场的影响,孤北斜坡带主要发育了孤北21、孤北34、孤北35等几条近北东向的顺向断层呈雁行式排列,向北呈阶梯状下降;在斜坡的东北翼发育了几条近东西向的反向断层,这些断层决定了本区的基本格局.

In this paper, it introduces HSE management system application in the operation of wire-wrapped screen detecting, sand packing and cementing at well 9-172 in Gudao Oilfield, and talks about the measures of applying HSE model at site maintenance. Because the system is successful applied, well 9-172 has been operated with no delaying working hour, no down-hole accident,no and equipment damage and , no worker's injury.
抗腐蚀氮化油管是由孤岛采油厂研制开发的用于解决油、水井油管腐蚀或偏磨问题的新型防腐油管,经过严格认真的室内试验评价,其抗腐蚀性能优于其它防腐蚀油管.2000年完成室内研究和试生产工作,在胜利油田共进行200余口井的现场试验,见到了明显效果.
针对合成地震记录制作过程中存在问题进行分析,同时结合对反射系数序列、时深转换和子波三个基本要素的研究,提出了提高合成地震记录质量的4种方法:①实测密度曲线与声波曲线联用;②运用VSP速度和局部漂移校正进行准确地时深转换;③运用提取的时变子波;④对宽频合成记录进行滤波.形成地震资料解释过程中精细层位标定的技术方法流程,提高了层位标定的准确性和资料解释的精度.
介绍了HSE管理体系在孤岛油田9-712井检拔绕丝填砂注灰作业中的应用情况,探讨了在小修作业现场实施HSE模式管理的措施.由于HSE管理的成功运用,该井达到了零误工时、无井下作业及设备事故及没有工伤事故的目标,作业一次成功,施工工序全优率100%.
