某660 MW超超临界机组再热汽温设计值为623℃,调整试验后,再热汽温可达623℃.机组设置有低温省煤器,提高凝结水温度,降低进入低温除尘器烟温,试运中发现低温省煤器问题,调整后系统运行正常,机组满负荷试运稳定.
结合发电厂试运工作的程序,提出适当放大电动机启动过长保护定值,以保证电动机成功启动,然后在DCS波形中测量启动时间的办法,既能准确测量电动机启动过长保护定值,又能避免盲目启动电动机失败.
The pipe-blowing process and its technical features for boiler of ultra-supercritical 660 MW unit no.3 in Huaneng Jinggangshan Power Plant have been presented.Owing to the boiler water circulating pump hadn't been installed at the time of pipe-blowing,therfore,it is called pipe-blowing using steam under condition without the boiler water circulating pump.By using the motor-driven feed-water pump of neighbouring unit,the pipe-blowing of unit without feed-water pump has been realized.The drain from boiler is reclaimed into the deaerator,alleviating the problem of having not enough water to carry out the pipe-blowing due to the condenser hasn't prepared for water-intaking.Though it is different from the pipe-blowing condition of boiler for conventional units,however,the effectiveness of pipe-blowing is fully conformed to the requirements defined in specifications,playing certain exemplary role.
On the basis of analysing the operating condition and fault phenomena of MPS type medium speed coal pulverizers equipped for unit no.3 in Huaneng Jinggangshan Power Plant and unit no.5 in Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant,the loading control function of original coal pulverizers has been retrofitted,the functions,such as logic for tripping the coal pulverizer due to the rollers being unlifted up,and automatic reduction of the set value for reactive oil pressure in case of lowering the rollers for loading the coal pulverizer etc.being added.After refrofit,the control logic can realize automatic adjustment of the rollers,and regulation of the loading curves,as well as the closed-loop astatic regulation of the oil pressure etc..Results of operation show that the control logic after retrofit overcomes the defects of the original control logic,such as single function and frequent setting etc.,prevuenting effectively the vibration of coal pulverizer and coal plugging in the coal pulverizer due to the pulverizing ability is unmatch with the coal quantity and the coal quality.
The paper briefs the major features of main part and system design of circulating fluidized bed (CEB)boiler;emphatically analyzes the important contents and existing problems in the commissioning debugging process of larze size circulating fluidized bed boiler;in view of the debugging praetice of HG-480/137-L.MG21 type CFB boiler (burning Yangquan anthracite),puts forward the following debugging optimization scheme of:air quantity calibration,high temperature refractory curing,steam blow-cleaning,furnace heating surface protection,going into operation time and mode of loop seal system, going into operation of main fuel,coalfeeding control and under-bed igniting burner etc.
