OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of linarin in Sukeganmao capsules.METHO_ DS:The separation was performed on C 18 and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(26∶23∶1)with detection wavelength at334nm,flow rate at1.0ml/min and sample size at5μl under room temperature.RESULTS:The linear range of linarin was0.12μg～0.60μg.The average recovery was98.57%(RSD=0.65%).CONCLUSIONS:This method is simple,reliable,sensitive,specific and reproducible,and suitable for the determination and quality control of Sukeganmao capsules.

目的:建立胃疡灵颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定的标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定胃疡灵颗粒中芍药苷的含量。结果:芍药苷在0.282～0.846g范围内线性关系良好,芍药苷的平均回收率为101.33%,RSD=2.3%(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏、专属性好、重现性好。

目的: 完善甲亢灵片的质量标准. 方法: 对处方中的山药、夏枯草进行TLC鉴别,对丹参进行含量测定.结果: 在TLC色谱中能检出山药及夏枯草; 丹参素在0.175 4～0.876 8 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 1;平均回收率为97.7,RSD＝1.3%.结论: 实验方法操作简单,可以用来控制本制剂质量.

幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,HP)与慢性胃炎(CG)、消化性溃疡(PU)复发,发展关系很明确,而且,HP也是胃癌的一个重要致病因素[1].目前,国内外学者都积极寻找根治HP的方法.
