试验研究玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加NSP酶对黄羽肉鸡的生长性能、养分代谢率和血清生化指标的影响.选取5周龄广西三黄鸡180只,随机分为对照组、试验A组和试验B组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡.分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮、基础饲粮+0.01%木聚糖酶和基础饲粮+0.01%木聚糖酶+0.01%β-甘露聚糖酶.结果表明:6~9周龄,试验A、B组肉鸡平均日增重和日采食量与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05);6~13周龄,试验B组肉鸡的平均日增重、日采食量与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05).试验B组与对照组相比,能显著提高黄羽肉鸡饲粮能量、干物质和钙的表观代谢率(P<0.05),同时能显著提高血清中白蛋白和甘油三酯含量(P<0.05).试验结果表明,在玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶能够提高黄羽肉鸡的生长性能以及饲粮养分和能量的代谢率.
The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of heat stress on sperm quality,testis morphology and antioxidant activity in male rabbits.Twelve adult New Zealand rabbits with good body condition and equal body weight were selected and averagely divided into two groups,viz.,control group of optimal temperature(18±2)℃ without heat stress and treated group of high-temperature(31 ±2)℃ heat stress.After feeding two months,the semen of male rabbit was collected once at every third day for 5 times in all to determine the semen volume and the mobility,density,and deformity rate of sperm.The tissue morphology of testis was observed by paraffin section,and the malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in testis tissue were determined.The results showed that the semen amount and mobility and density of sperm of rabbit were decreased significantly when treated with heat stress(P0.05).The testicular tissue cells were found to be seriously damaged with decreasing quantity.The MDA contents of testicular tissue increased significantly(P0.05),while the SOD,GSH-PX activity and T-AOC contents decreased significantly(P0.05).These results indicated that the sperm quality of rabbits treated with heat stress was declined,which may be related to the decrease in antioxidant enzyme activity of testis resulting in excessive free radical production and damaged testicular tissue cells.
选购出生日龄一致,体质量约45kg,生长发育、营养状况、食欲和体况健康的6头去势三元杂交良种公猪,采用全收粪(尿)法,试验分3期,分别对试验猪饲喂基础日粮、发酵木薯日粮和普通木薯日粮,分别测定养分表观消化率、消化能和蛋白质生物学效价。结果表明,1)普通木薯粉的粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)、无氮浸出物(NFE)及粗灰分(Ash)含量分别为4.08%、1.56%、5.93%、73.82%和2.56%;发酵木薯粉的CP、EE、CF、NFE及Ash含量分别为18.86%、1.09%、6.42%、57.54%和2.81%。2)发酵木薯粉的CP、EE、CF和NFE的表观消化率分别为86.15%、70.91%、30.44%和56.78%,表观消化能为13.57MJ/kg;普通木薯粉的CP、EE、CF和NFE的表观消化率分别为76.52%、76.48%、53.49%和79.15%,表观消化能为13.97MJ/kg。发酵木薯粉的CP表观消化率比普通木薯粉提高约10百分点,差异显著;但前者的EE、CF和NFE的表观消化率比后者低。其中,CF和NFE的表观消化率差异显著;发酵木薯粉与普通木薯粉的蛋白质生物学效价分别为51.45%和29.22%,差异极显著。可见,发酵木薯粉的CP表观消化率和蛋白质生物学效价的营养价值显著优于普通木薯粉。
